For me its going to be Hamilton.
-
Mulgrew had a new arsehole ripped open by Wallcott at the Emirates today I am reliably informed. Nice.
-
Results possibly, but the players are going to be the same and that is what seems to be coming back as the real problem.

Indeed, looked for a gif of him falling over kicking the bottle in the tunnel, but couldnt find one.

New captain Paul Hartley will make his first Aberdeen start. Trialist Grant Basey is still with the squad and he will get another chance to impress. The left back is likely to start the match. Peter Pawlett is back training and he could get his first pre-season run out. Mark Howard and Mitch Megginson picked up little knocks during the week but both will be fit to play. Darren Mackie also trained this morning and is fit after he was substituted early on against Port Vale after getting injured. Richard Foster has been struggling all week with a injury he received last Saturday although he did train this morning so there is a slim chance he could be available. Sone Aluko is still not ready and Jamie Langfield is still sidelined with his foot injury. McGhee will decide after today’s friendly with Brighton whether to sign young Aston Villa striker Jim Collins on a season-long loan deal.

Went to look to say what they were seeing to see they have been beaten 3-0 by the pars, makes us look good
-
Apparently we look dire.
-
The Red tv guys confirmed it with him
-
No, but he was getting interviewed by the red tv people before the game to publish after the game on red web - well thats what I can gather. My mate is getting a very poor signal and is quite pissed.
-
My source can confirm Hartley has signed
-
They declined one

I really doubt we can afford hartley, but I was decently impressed by Williams against the pars. Plus there is great scope to further the shall we sing a song for you which was directed at him.

How pleased are you to have signed a permanent deal with the club? "Yes. I am really pleased. I have been working hard for the past few weeks trying to impress the people at the club and the staff. I am really pleased that it worked out here. How are you getting on with the rest of the guys? "They have all been brilliant. It has been really good to be with them. Everyone has been nice with me and the other trialists so there was no problem there. Does it add responsibility to yourself the fact that you are one of the oldest in the squad? "When you get older you get new responsibilities. I think I have the responsibility to be the protector in the team and to be the security around the younger players. Did you know much about Scottish football before you came on trial here? "A couple of players from Plymouth who have been saying good things about the club. I also have other friends who are playing in the SPL. So I am in contact with them and I knew about the Scottish league. Any targets for the new season? "They have obviously come out of a hard year. I will hopefully help to get the club back up in the top 6 where we belong. What can you add to the Aberdeen squad? "I play defensive midfield. I can bring some balance if I am playing with someone who is more offensive. I can help to organise the play. What can you expect from the game tomorrow? "I think you can expect a battle. They will give us a tough game. Have you been impressed by the younger players in the squad? "Was really impressed by the whole squad. I obviously did not know the ages of the players so when I asked around and I was surprised to see how young most of the squad were."

How pleased are you to have completed a move to Aberdeen? "I am obviously really happy at the moment. Signed the contract so now I am just really looking forward to get in there and start training with the lads and getting started now. What do you know about the club and Scottish Football in general Scott? "Not too much to be honest with you. I have obviously made a few phone calls before making the decision. It was obviously a big decision to be made before me and my wife made the move up. I have managed to speak to a couple of boys that have played in Scotland before but I have never had the experience yet but I have only got good vibes back from them. We were speaking to the manager last week and he is the reason that I'm here. Do you thing you can help the younger players in the squad? "It will probably be one of the first times in my career where I will be one of the older players. It will be a challenge that I am looking forward to. Anything I can pass on I will do to help others. Have you set yourself any targets? "I just want to play as many games as I can and score as many goals as I can and obviously help the team. What can the Dons fans expect from you? "I like to get a hold of the ball and link play up, obviously with the midfielders supporting. I like to get in the box and get on the end of crosses as much as I can and I feel like if I get the chance I can stick the ball in the back of the net. What are your thoughts about the game tomorrow night? "I just want to get straight in there really. Given the chance I will gladly play tomorrow night at Port-Vale and get a little run out. What are your initial impressions on the manager? "I've spoke to one or two lads that have played under him before and they've had good things to say about him so that is another factor. He has spoke well to me and obviously told us the plans for the coming season and I liked the sound of it and that is why I am here. Have you had a chance to meet any of the lads yet? "Yes I met a few of them last night. They were all sat up last night when I came and did my medical and I sat and had a bit of chat with them and yes they seemed like good guys. Obviously not met them all yet but I am sure I will today. How quick did the move happen for you? "Obviously the agent spoke to the manager and it was done pretty quickly. I had a couple of days to think about it to make the right decision and that is what I have done. Set any targets for the club this season? "Obviously European football would be another attraction and obviously that is what we are trying to do and the manger has stressed that we need to finish in that top 6 to give ourselves the best chance. So that is the aims for the season I think. "We will try and win every game and obviously a trophy would be brilliant."
