Not a single shot on target for Dons in truely awful performance. Got a feeling a few of the Globe Reds will have something to say about it. Wish i was as drunk as them watching that though!!
I think we may have upset a few of the pro jimmy crowd
I thought Duff was one of our best players.
We had best players ??? :stretcher: :tumbleweed:
Derek Young for me was the most woeful, but lots of the other guys on the train had valid reasons for voting for other players namely Duff and McDonald as Aberdeenladette says.
My mate in the Dundee end text me midway through the 2nd half saying they were poor and we were poor and the game was clearly heading for a 0-0, and he was right. Worryingly I keep thinking that Bebo was our best player (simply because Seve was ok but in the wrong position) and that was him having his average game. Thats how poor we were.

TEAM NEWS
The second game in Aberdeen's pre season schedule kicks off tonight at Dens Park, as Dundee entertain a Dons team much changed from Saturday's encounter with Man Utd.
Jamie Langfield holds on to the no 1 jersey on his old stamping ground, with Severin and Considine pairing up in the centre of defence. Stuart Smith was handed his first start at left back after impressing as a second half substitute on Saturday, while Lee Mair moved in at right back.
New signings Mark Kerr and Gary McDonald maintained their partnership in the heart of midfield, while Derek Young and Stuart Duff took over from Jamie Smith and Jeffrey de Visscher respectively. Up front, Chris Maguire and Lee Miller renewed a partnership which was beginning to bare fruit towards the end of the previous season.
Aberdeen team:
Langfield
Mair Severin© Considine S Smith
Young Kerr McDonald Duff
Miller Maguire.

Was this not on Aberdeen mad last week, with it starting as we have accepted two bids of £800k for Severin, one of which was from Rangers?
I know there is gossip that we are sitting on a decent bid from one of our players, so I suppose that could fit into that.

Definitely. I've been keeping an eye on him for a few years (mate of mine is a stockport fan) and thought he wouldn't be out of our league. But i doubt he's on AFC's radar.
Our radar only picks up in Dunfermline, Dundee and the Nederlands

Boredom and the internet, never a good mix, however I came across why flights to Holland are so damn cheap!

God bless cheap airline price wars, £25 return - cant beat it (well you did )
Also, I was talking to a Huntly player in the pub on Sunday and he told me we're playing them in our last pre-season friendly before the season starts. It's the day the highland league kicks off, they've got a free saturday so are playing us.
That will just be reserves/youth team in that game.

Remember and do the first prediction of the season folks

Aye makes up for those robbing bastards at Scotrail wanting £19 for a return from Edinburgh.
Dont worry it will be worth it for the quality of football

Had a quick scout around youtbue but could only find this poor footage of him scoring against Hereford
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=atJjgTtHLaU
From a related video it looks like he have some silly celebrations when he scores
Dan King, took up Darlington FC striker Tommy Wrights dance off challenge, but Tommy didn't show. That didn't stop Dan from going for it anyway on the streets of Darlington.http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=vYUNoE4D69E
It also looks like Darlington liked to stick him up front in a 4-5-1 formation when he was in favour.
