  1. Hello folks, sorry if the spelling is wrong but the keyboard is strange here. After a 2 hour delay due tae fog we got here (and 9 beers) just meeting some guys for beers

Had the pleasure of NicNac being on our flight, miserable cunt sat seperate fae his mate ::)

    Off to find beer  :wino:

  2. Motherwell A 2 Aberdeen A 0

Goals in either half, from Steven Meechan and Danny Murphy, gave Motherwell's reserves a deserved win against a young Dons second string at Shotts. The Aberdeen squad consisted of youth team players, apart from Karin Touzani, Steve Lovell and skipper Stuart Duff.

Dons - Kelly, Lamberty, Duff, Clark (S. Ross 67), Strachan, Touzani, D. Ross (McRobbie 60), Jon Smith, Lovell, Pawlett (Gallacher 84), Carroll.

From that we now know that Lovell will not be playing out there (shock horror!)

  3. We tried a lot harder than recently, we played better and could easily cite the bad ref and shit pitch but too many players are not up to the job. I was shocked that Calderwood managed to identify the two worst performers and sub them (JDV and Maguire) but we still lost.

JDV was slower as a stalactites growth and today cemented the fact that Maguire has not got the capability to play at a SPL level.

We played well(ish) but still shipped 3 goals.......

  4. Darren Mackie looks set to miss the trip to Hibernian after picking up a knock in the draw with Bayern Munich.

Alan Maybury should be fit to play, while Stuart Duff should be back in contention, but Richard Foster, Jamie Smith and Richie Byrne are out.

Hibs captain Rob Jones is a doubt due to a persistent thigh problem, although Brian Kerr and Chris Hogg are expected to be available.

Mixu Paatelainen has no other injury worries ahead of the match.

Provisional Hibernian squad: Ma-Kalambay, Gathuessi, Hogg, Zarabi, Murray, Rankin, Morais, Chisholm, Beuzelin, Kerr, Shiels, Fletcher, Nish, McNeil, Zemmama, Benjelloun, Stevenson, Chisholm, O'Brien, Jones, Hanlon

Provisional Aberdeen squad: Langfield, Mair, Maybury, Diamond, Considine, Duff, Bus, Walker, Nicholson, Severin, Aluko, Miller, Lovell, Maguire, de Visscher, Touzani, Dan Smith, Soutar.

  5. We all missed a sitter

Steve Fossett, the multimillionaire adventurer, has been declared legally dead five months after his disappearance while flying over the Nevada desert.

His wife, Peggy, had filed her petition in a court in Chicago to allow the process of executing Mr Fossett's will to begin.

"It was very sad," said Michael LoVallo, Mrs Fossett's attorney. "At first she hoped and sort of envisioned him walking down the road the next day with another story to tell.

"But as the days went on, she realized it wasn't going to happen as it had on other occasions when he'd had close calls."

After hearing testimony from Mrs Fossett, a family friend and a search-and-rescue expert, Judge Jeffrey Malak of the Cook County circuit court yesterday found there were "more than sufficient" evidence that Mr Fosset was dead.

  6. What's everyone up when they're over?

Other than the game and a bit oh shoppin i've no idea what we can do over there. i've had a wee look at the tourism site but nothin really stands out. i fancied a tour of the stadium but they don't hold them on matchdays so i can't see us going up there twice in two days.

Is there any bars/strip which we'll all be congregating in?

    A museum worth seeing?

A building that must be seen/tour?

cheers for any shout outs
