The striker used to be signed for Liverpool and Man City before moving to Wigan.
  2. Aye 8 goals in 4 games…………..we didn’t have a great start last season or the season before - but we were not conceding goals like we are this season.
  3. Mackies Miss http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HGqxAVvZEis
  4. Well how the fuck did we lose a 2 goal lead but in the end applaud our players for managing to hold on to get a draw? Brewster showed his class and now we are away to lose him, how can we be so gutted at losing a 40 year old striker? He has qualities which Mackie, Lovell and Miller do not have or even come close to having. For instance how did Mackie miss his chance?? (i have a video of it, just waiting for youtube to process) Our team collapsed once Diamond and Severin came off and it was like watching a car crash the last 30 mins. My nails were bitten to destruction and what for? I dont know - ahhh
  5. http://www.thisisnorthscotland.co.uk/displayNode.jsp?nodeId=149670&command=displayContent&sourceNode=149494&contentPK=18201637&pNodeId=149264 Craig Brewster will have the final say on whether he makes one last appearance for Aberdeen against Hibernian at Easter Road today. The 40-year-old forward will be named as Caley Thistle's new manager on Monday but Dons manager Jimmy Calderwood wants him to play today before he moves on. Calderwood has begun the search for Brewster's replacement and yesterday returned from a midweek scouting trip toEngland. With no money left to spend, any new player that arrives at Pittodrie before the transfer window closes next Friday will be on loan. In the meantime, Calderwood has left it for Brewster to decide if he is to pull a Dons shirt once more. Calderwood said: "We still need to decide if Craig will play against Hibs before he goes. I got a text from him on Thursday night and he said his talks with Inverness went well. "I have still to talk to him about whether he will be involved in the game or not as we need to see how far down the line he is and what kind of frame of mind he is in. "You have to keep on the ball and we are looking at different options to replace Craig. There are a couple of things going on but nothing concrete yet and we will see what happens." While Brewster's involvement remains up for debate, Dan Smith will not be involved after he was injured in training. Richie Byrne is also out but will return to full training on Monday.
  6. Not all the time, and I think hibs dont do that for aberdeen games any more due to the trouble between casuals.

  16. Aye youre right, never thought about that
  17. Aye I too feel that we may have our goal peppered this weekend from an attacking hibs team We wont see a class goalie playing for us unless we produce him through the youth system. We can’t compete financially with even lower league teams in England and they snap up all the decent players, we don’t have a look in.
  18. CC is definitely the most under-rated player inour team. But to say he is the 2nd best player........u sure they werna drinkin?
  19. Depends on where jimmys mates are organising a comp....
  20. I would go along with you K9, in saying he has done ok so far. However he was is quite flappy at crosses and for Millers 2nd on Sunday his positioning was off.
