Dirthy Filthy Hun Scumbag Vermin (deceased) and Poundland tribute act

Sevco have 3rd bid rejected for Jamie Walker...£500k. Fartz not happy with payment terms.......£10 a week until 3017 -
Astonished but delighted I'd resigned myself to Mcleish...
-
Sevco offered £300k then upped to £400k for Walker. He has a year left on his contract so doubt they'll get a million for him. As I said yesterday I'd try £600k going to a max of £800k to get him in. After 18 months I reckon we would double our money. And if Lindsay is going for £350k then we definitely should be offering £400k. Would be a fantastic replacement for Taylor. As has been said though, theres no one steering the ship right now. We will miss out on possible targets if Wiggy doesnt get his finger out and tell McInnes to either fuck off to Sunderland by tomorrow or get his arse back in gear and get managing...
-
Well 1.3 million plus Christie for a season is a lot better than Christie for a season plus 750k which was their initial offer. Depending on who else they get in over the summer and in January it may well be he is surplus to requirements by next summer at the latest anyway and with less time on his contract there could be available relatively cheaply. Id like to see us try a cheeky offer to Fartz 600k for Walker...go to 800k tops to seal the deal.
-
So whats the betting his first move is to get Shinnie down there ana. Followed closely by Joe as theyve just sold their keeper ( and Id never heard of the fucker till yesterday) for 30 f@ckin million! Wiggy better have someone lined up who can be in place by this time next week at the absolute latest

Not a hope in hell of getting Michael O'Neill. Norn Irn took a bit of a punt and splashed the cash out big style to get him and his success last year triggered enormous bonuses but his basic alone is more than twice what the SFA are paying the WGS...... When he leaves it will be to the English Premier or a very high profile Championship club. I want Neil, he's now in a similar position to Deek was when he left Bristol City, albeit Neil has the added bonus of a year's experience in the Eglish Premier. However the wages he got at Norwich and the fraction of this that he would get at Pittodrie may make him think he can get a better deal elsewhere (alongside thinking that the huge rebuilding job we require this coming season may be too high a risk to his career which now needs to see him be seen as having a successful tenure after the disaster of his last year at Norwich) I think we will end up with McLeish...
-
Ask Deek....he was the one who said it. But I will throw in MK Dons for a start.... I'll also throw in Fleetwood Town. Remember when Elvis Costello signed for them a couple of yrs back stating we couldnt get close to matching the terms on offer down there....and they were in League 2 at the time...
-
well Devlin is a no no seeing as he is out for months with what is his second cruciate injury aged 23. Nicholson...6 months ago I'dve been all for it but he's been a pile of poop since Xmas, rumoured to have a honkin attitude and would cost a 300k training fee like Paterson cost Cardiff. Stewart not for me....think he was a one season wonder. Maloney....just cant see him coming on our wage structure he would get twice our max in English League 1
-
Meh

which is roughly the same as we would have to fork out for the same reason if indeed the Nicholson rumours are true

I just canna get excited about it. Remember in the mid 70s as a young loon growing up in a town which had a sizeable guff population due to it having dedicated housing for RAF and Navy personnel based at Leuchars and Rosyth. For 2 weeks beforehand it was all we could think about. On the morning before the game 76,77 and 78 we would organise a game against the English kids.....10 half time 20 the winner. Scotland always won comfortably....and the big team won 2 out of those 3 years ana. Not even sure I'll watch tbh
-
Are you really trying to tell me he would choose to stay here earning perhaps 600k including bonuses over 3 years and perhaps picking up a cup medal because he would play every week in preference to earning 1.5million mibbe even more over the same period, picking up a couple of championship medals and a couple of cup medals on the way? As I've said before...he will play plenty even if it is mainly as a sub in his first couple of years there. Even if he is loaned out or sold in his 3rd year he wouldn't lose out and could even cop a nice wee signing on fee on top of his guaranteed wages. If you believe otherwise you are either thick, deluded or trolling....and I know which one I'd put my money on
-
Suspect its more about nothing happening (due to McInnes still riding the Florida rollercoasters) and the press looking to fill column inches in the interim.
-
At Jonny's stage in his career I'm afraid it is all about the money. He will sign a 3 year deal on at least twice and more likely nearer three times his Aberdeen wage. 3 years on 7k a week is over a million in wages over the length of the contract plus he will definitely earn decent bonuses on top probably earning him another half million on top plus a decent signing on fee....its life changing money and that alone is reason enough to sign for them. add in on top he's a lifelong Celtic fan, he will play enough domestic football to net him a couple of championships and cups minimum (I think his third season may see him loaned out somewhere as they spend more and more on better players) and its a dead cert hes offski to Celtic no matter who else bids. Cheers for the good times Jonny lad.

Pretty sure that although contracts are lodged with SFA the details are kept confidential between player/club/SFA. If a leak occurred from the SFA theyd be open to massive litigation by the injured party. Same applies to the player who is supposed to keep the fine details of the contract private. However clubs find out release clause figures as a matter of routine. I suspect that players' agents are also meant to keep contract details confidential but they are shady figures at the best of times and only earn big money when their clients sign contracts with whoever so its in their interests to keep their client either moving on or signing new improved contracts with their present club.

^^^^ this in spades. Educated huns ( in short supply I know) knows this ruling leaves the Big Tax Case appeal blown out the water. Essentially its saying that oldco board hid the doomsday scenario from their potential buyer. Now lets get this appeal dealt with; find the deceased cheatin hoors liable; put an end to the revisionist bullcrap that club/company are 2 separate entities; start proceedings against whoever allowed Charlie Chuckles to consolidate the debts into 1 easy manageable £5million payment for Mordor, Sir Minty Park and the "history" combined ( but not the players hmmmmm) Fucking great day for justice! -
Someone gets it at least
-
Hate to say it but its now looking like this upcoming season is going to be a write off total rebuild season. We are going to need a new manager and at least 5 new players possibly 6 or 7. With the best will in the world even 3rd place may be hard to achieve with that level of turnover. Any targets Deek may have had will certainly think twice about coming if he is offski. Game's a total bogey if he then decides he wants Shinnie with him. Fuckin depressed writing this.
-
Hayes will play plenty games in the league to earn himself a championship medal and probably one of the domestic cups too. He may be involved from the bench in Europe. Second season there they will have invested more in better players and by mid season they may look to put him out on loan somewhere but by then he will be pushing 32....would he really be that attractive to us by then? Best just to say thanks for the service Jonny and wish him well for getting us a half decent fee in....
-
If there isnt a release clause I would be absolutely amazed. They are pretty standard in most contracts these days ( at top level). Of course Cardiff will bid exactly the same as the Dhims. There really is no point bidding even one penny above the release clause. It will be down purely to Hayes himself where he chooses to go. Which will be Celtic....
-
Matters not one jot if Cardiff bid 2million for Jonny. If Celtic bid the release clause figure ( which I'm now guessing is 1.2million) he can go there despite any higher bids from other clubs. Why a club would bid anything higher than the release figure is another matter. The only way it would possibly happen is if Hayes himself, in an extraordinary show of altruism, tells interested clubs he will go to the highest bidder. 1.2million it is then....

McLean on holiday in Las Vegas with a squad of his hun loving mates. Was pictured on plane with a sevconian bint ( should i fire her up as a WYOWYN?) who obviously instagrammed the pic and told everyone that his mates on the jaunt had assured her he was signing for the tribute act and that she should get the new sevco strip with McLean 8 on it. Coincidentally the AGM of N.A.R.S.A. ( wont decipher that for you suffice to say its also known as C.U.N.T.S.) is taking place in Las Vegas whilst McLean and his band of merrie orangemen are in town. No word on McLean himself but some of his troop have said they are attending. This is turning into the shitest summer since Magoo rocked up and led us to ever more embarrassing record defeats -
Nah issue is how big the release clause is in his contract. If Celtic have met that fee then we cannot stop him going if hr wantd to. Sure Jonny is happy but at his age this will be his last chance to get a contract on comparatively huge wages compared to what we pay. Plus its the club he has always supported. He signed a new contract in January which has enabled us to get a better fee in for him, he's given 5 great years of service so he goes with my best wishes. The question is will Wiggy release every penny of the fee to McInnes ( or whoever) to replace Hayes. If he doesnt it shows a huge lack of ambition
