Starts as labour, then joins the tories, then decides SNP is the way forward. This woman obviously suffers from indecision. I've no time to hang around for her to decide if she wants it in the moo, the babymixer or the fudgepipe. And she never shuts up. Call it a tentative yes

If McGinn goes Id like to see him replaced by Nicholson from Fartz who is also out of contract and hasnt signed a new contract there Jack leaving presents a bigger problem IMHO. Theres really no one in Scotland that springs to mind beyond Djoum again at Fartz and he has made it abundantly clear he wants to go down south. Maybe Deek and his contacts might have somebody in mind from the English lower leagues. Taylor......well theres Devlin at Accies whos also at club captain at 21 but personally Id prefer Liam Lindsay from Partick who is a better all round footballer, however rumours persist he is Leeds bound. Finally Peepaw.....well as he was essentially a squad player I'd be quite comfortable with Deek taking a punt on a lower league Scottish youngster but if he decides he wants someone with a bit of SPFL experience then perhaps Cadden from Murderwell would be worth a punt

Consi I'd say is certainly on a par with them but Hanley has a £5million pricetag giving the wee ginger shyte a boner every timehe thinks of him. Reynolds however isnt even as good (nowadays) than that carthorse sevconian Wilson. And the Sevconians hate Wilson probably even more than we do. Shinnie and McLean must be wishing an ISIS suicide bomber detonates a vest in Strachans office though

Better have a wee shufty at Caravan Mad then.... Shedka will be quoting stats proving they can still be champions, Tugboat will be launching himself head first off the Tay Bridge and East Stand Elsie will be telling everybody that we are a small club who will finish 10-15 points behind them. Ach I'll give it a miss. I'm having a rare time watching paint dry

Reynolds?? Scotland squad?? I'll have a pint of whatever you are on LA...

Said it before and I'll say it again. Unless McLeish is at a bigger club than us at the time of Deeks inevitable departure ( which i think will be at the end of his current contract at the absolute latest ) then it is written in the stars that he will come home. It will be a pretty uninspiring appointment but hes a relatively safe if boring pair of hands. The oldco connection will not be forgotten and his tenure will be relatively brief...

Neil is a Roman Catholic from Coatbridge. I doubt even the most progressive of sevco boardmembers would have thought he was the answer to their managerial conundrum however cheap an option he may have been. What odds he is however unveiled as Motherwell manager by midweek

Agree with everything you say BB. Reynolds has been a liability for 2 years, just isn't physically big enough to be an effective central defender in todays game. To an extent this was mitigated by the pace he used to possess which allowed him to keep up with many strikers in a straight chase but this has gone sadly. Should be told he is free to find a new club and thanked for his service. Taylor is a strange one. Brainfarts at least once a game and defensively underwhelming in the air. But in the oppo box is a genuine threat from set pieces. I still think there is a player in there somewhere but needs to be told to defend and cut out the Beckenbauer shit. However I think with a new baby not long born he will be looking to get a club closer to him and his wife's families. Probably a Bury or a Rochdale or similiar. I wouldnt be too unhappy if he got 2 more years offered as a reasonable cover for O'Conner and Consi but as I say, I dont think its going to be an issue

Dirthy Filthy Hun Scumbag Vermin (deceased) and Poundland tribute act
Ten Caat replied to mizer's topic in Football Chat
I noticed last week in an obscure press cutting that der Hun, in a deliciously ironic manner, now also have a former youth coach under suspicion of abusing players in the 70s. Of course this is a horrific development and no cause for gloating. But it seems there are now 2 deceased Big Jock Knews spinning in their graves.... -
Agree he has been a good servant and should depart with everyone's best wishes. MK Dons are probably his true level, on a par with your Kilmarnocks and Motherwells up here ability wise but he will easily get double the wage that we could offer and at his age that's the most important concern. Neilson is a bellend of the highest order but he's got them playing pretty well Anyway all the best loon. Make your last couple of months here memorable.

First 10 minutes Partick were the better team till our midfield sorted out what they were doing. After that it was all one way traffic though we dodged a bullet in 90th minute god knows how that Partick centre half missed with the header from 3 yards out. Cant agree about Rooney/Storey. Rooney has been utter horse cack for months, he is still knocking in goals but we create so many chances in most games that he is bound to stick away one every 3 games or so. But in the other 2 games where he doesnt score he contributes the square root of fk all. These are games where we (usually) win in spite of him. I'd bench him for 3 or 4 games and give Stockley/Storey a wee chance together. Rooney can always come on at 60 mins or even half time if things are going badly and a wee spell where he doesnt start might freshen him up for the Cup semi and hopefully final at the erse end of the season. Pawlett has indeed bucked his ideas up over the past month. Cant ever see him being a regular starter going forward but I'd have no problem with him getting a further 2 years with him being used primarily as an impact sub and covering for the midfield when injuries and suspensions take their toll.

A Catholic from Coatbridge? Unlikely I'd say.. -
Just back after dropping off the pensioner Accie. To say he was delighted is putting things mildly. Where we were sitting in Accie mainer was bang in line with Storey. He looked a couple of yards offside to me but will be interested to see it on TV. Their goal was hard to tell if it was a Taylor og or not but their announcer credited it to the Accies plaar. One of those nights. Hamilton are rapidly becoming a bogey team at their place a la Morton in the late 70s and early 80s. Anyway come on u fermers tomorrow

In Driving Accies mainer with old boy from 2 doors along lifelong Accies fan Driving (either taking old boy home or to Wishaw General if we stick 7 or more past them and he has a heart attack) 1-3 Taylor, Christie, Rooney(pen)
