As I said in another thread, with the compo rolling in we at least have to ask Lennon the question. I suspect he would say no but he has the correct attitude in standing up to the arse cheeks. Once he has been ruled out, Jack Ross for me. Risky to a degree as he is lacking in big match experience but so was our (and the world's) greatest ever manager when he got appointed almost 40 years ago....
-
Oh they wont be his own youth team players. They'll be brought in from the likes of Leeds, Crystal Palace etc
-
At their recent AGM they passed some resolution that got fucked oot the door at last season's AGM. Something to do with converting equity into new shares I think. So we can be certain Glib and Shameless Liar won't be dipping into his (empty) pockets any time soon but the 3 Bears will be divvying up yet again....there will be a fire sale in January where Pena, Herrera and a few others will be flogged off for far less than what they paid for them but should reach a couple of million in total and said 3 bears providing the extra cash. Summer will see the income from sevconian season tickets being blown on a few English Championship veterans/up and coming youth team players with maybe 1 or 2 (extremely) veteran semi famous names. Enough to guarantee a distant 2nd place and if they get lucky perhaps one of the cups. Following season when sevco go 15 points behind the Dhims its bye bye Mcinnes. The cash they spunk on DM's replacement wil then see sevco going into administration and hopefully that ends the same way as their dead predecessors.....
-
He will be given around 5 million in January, poss another 10 million in the summer. And the Dhims will spend that total possibly even on just one player alone. I thought McInnes was pretty level headed and would surely see the sevco gig as a career wrecking poisoned chalice. Seems like I was wrong on one of those points....
-
His next tweet will be confirming the USA believes Aberdeen is capital of the UK and is therefore moving its Embassy to Merkland Road...
-
Read Jackshun's story online. He assures the gullible sevconians that McInnes will definitely quit today. Quoting an "insider".... If it doesn't happen he should be led out in chains to a public place....I'd suggest the sevco centre circle....and have his exclusive story rammed up his hoop. Then he can report that "insider" in Friday's edition

Just had a wee peek at your reaction to the news King Kirk And I quote "he will resign if he wants it imo".....so you actually think DM will make himself personally responsible for ponying up his release clause fee? Which i can assure you is considerably more than the £800k quoted on your rancid page.....Not only are you a , you are a Enjoy nursery in the morning ya clown
-
Only thing stopping it is that der hun have not/possibly can not met the terms of the release clause. Interesting to see DM's reaction to this Anyway King Kirk get it right up ye (for now)

Jesus wept are you thick or something? I wasnt saying that 4th/5th was acceptable. 2 years of that and he would get his jotters. All I'm saying is he wouldnt have us finishing in the bottom half of the table as we were (frequently) in the not too distant past. Equally however, without a director or 3 dipping their hands into their post office savings accounts, 3rd looks like all we will be playing for in the future.
-
I said elsewhere I think we should use any compo we get for DM/TD to at least attempt to get Lennon off Hibs. I doubt very much we would succeed in doing so but he at least has the correct "fuck them" attitude to taking on the arse cheeks. On the basis of who else was in the list I went for Ross. Would be relatively cheap and given a modicum of backing could well be outstanding. And even if it didnt really work out I don't think he would have us any worse than 4th or 5th.

Help yersel to a simmie my good man

"Little ginger prick who hates Aberdeen" probably means 2 different people to 2 different generations. I presume you mean the older one...

GWT out on the pull? I'd imagine he is quite a goer after a couple of Jaegermeister and horlicks cocktails.

Tribute Act v Dons 29/11 & Dons v Tribute Act 03/12

What the f@ck did it say then? -
Christ I forgot about Adams. Last seen making a pig of things at Plymouth presumably still there. I was with Al in the "surely to f@ck he must see it's career suicide" camp till Friday but as has been said elsewhere, McInnes could easily have put all the shit to bed ages ago by simply saying " I've heard the speculation but I have no interest in joining sevco". Instead he has chosen his words very carefully so as not to alienate us but in no way saying that he isn't interested. Next 48 hours will be interesting. I'd love him to tell sevco to ram it once the inevitable official approach comes in but don't think that will happen. Jack Ross is probably the obvious replacement but with the wedge of compo that will come our way I think we have to at least try tempting popcorn teeth away from Hibs. Odious wee shyte but certainly wouldnt capitulate to sevco and would at least have us competative in matches against the dhims. Your move sevco...
-
Said all along he will get sevco a comfortable second and maybe a Cup or 2 along the way but he will get nowhere near enough funds to stop the dhims taking 10IAR and when the mhanks go 7-10 points clear in that season the sevco board will give him his jotters, leaving him with a tarnished reputation and a future managing clubs like Doncaster or if he's lucky, St Johnstone might give him his old job back.

Hope to fuck whoever comes in sticks with Ross and Harvie. I'll take 8th place this season if we get a few on the young loons blooded

Wright looks sharp but virtually every time he beats his man he then chooses entirely the wrong option -

Ubelieveably bad. No way should a keeper be beaten by a header from so far out. Though our central defenders should never have allowed it in the first place -
Theres a brand new member on stand free forum stating that he has spoken to the sevco physio and confirming that DM will be unveiled at greyskull on Monday....then goes on to demand we appoint Robinson from 'Well asap Probably an orc infiltrator but he is the first person I know of quoting a sevco employee actually naming DM. I'm now of the opinion DM should be nowhere near Pittodrie tomorrow and Doc should take the team. If Milne knows about this (and surely he must by now) and lets McInnes take the team tomorrow, even if we win the match, Milne should be hunted out the club asap.
-
Nah there's no doubt sevco want him....now (I suspect he wasn't their first choice but either that guy has been too expensive or has taken another job). Undeniably they have used a complicit west coast centric media to push forward their interest and despite DM saying there has been no contact between clubs, they are bound to have sounded out McInnes' agent. They will know the personal terms required, the stumbling blocks sevco will have to overcome are Will they allow DM to bring in his own backroom team? ( Tony Doc appears to be unacceptable to a large chunk of the sevconian support) Will they provide DM with a budget that allows him to meet sevco expectations? ( I'd imagine sevco consider this season a write off but will want a cup win minimum next season and win the league season 2019/20 or he gets bulleted) I think it is a poisoned chalice that can only damage his career but DM may view this as his once chance to manage the club he supported. Next week should be very interesting.

Thought he was looking a cert to join Fartz but surely we could put together a more attractive package. If we could get him to sign up for 18 months minimum then we should do our utmost to pull it off.
