    I think they may have realised 2 things, more investment required but more importantly, McGhee was making a cunt of it. It may even have been Brown who convinced them of the need for that investment.

    Good luck to the guy, clearly has the skill, just needs well managed and to keep his standards of application high. Not many have both skill and application, hopefully he will.
