  1. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/8088875.stm Fucked it seems.
  2. I just feel compelled to rail against complete idiots BB, the ones expressing delight at Calderwoods demise and the likely installation of a guy who is another good manager. I hope he does well, perhaps a fresh approach is something everyone needs. I have nothing against Dingus for hankering for the Celtic job and welcome his imminent arrival. I just don't get the overwhelming clamour that there has been from some.
  3. What was that stumpy?
  4. Having a good league position at the END of the season would be a bit more important than when we get beaten in the cup. I'd have thought that good league position would suggest we SHOULD be winning our cup games and would therefore be indicative of problems in management.
  5. We were also just as close to giving Hibs a fucking tanking. We were down to 10 men for a fair bit of the second half against United and still looked a good bet to win. Hearts closed the game out well but we did dominate them, outplayed them in fact. I'd have thought there is some evidence, certainly far from compelling, but evidence nonetheless mate. But yes we did lack a "cutting edge" but for some reason it is something we have lacked for a long time, beyond even the time Calderwood had.
  6. That is complete nonsense. One off games suggest a problem with management but 38 game seasons don't? So defeat against the old firm is unacceptable. Defeat against a bottom 6 team is unacceptable. Defeat against a top 6 ish (What is that when a bottom six team is unacceptable?) is "less dissappointing". Effectively, what you are saying is that defeat in the cups is unacceptable and dissappointing. What circumstances make it more or less dissappointing? For example, if we are struggling in the league, would that make it more acceptable? I reckon if we are struggling in the league it definitely less acceptable.
  7. So do I but why would you hand such cash to a management team you believe is beyond it's best, as SOTR had said?
  8. Relegation? Not Europe? Oh yeah, that was us.
  9. And you would be on the fucking button with that. McGhee has an abysmal record in the cups. I could care less about decorum however media friendly it may be and however much pandering to some malcontent fans he wishes to indulge in.
  10. I was trying to stay away from McGhee's recent cup record as it clearly stands as a colossal achievement next to that of Calderwood's.
  11. Where is the "tipping point" for you then? Where does the dividing line exist between an acceptable cup exit and an unacceptable one?
  12. You have no evidence whatsoever for any of that. Nothing wrong with that. I fervently hope he does.
  13. 2 calipers? I bet he is.
  14. I never really bothered much with F1, especially when it was on ITV, fucking Steve Snider and Jim Knowsitall. The BBC coverage, Jake Humphreys, D.C., Eddie Jordan, Martin Brundle and Jonathan Legard have been excellent.
  15. Well, yes, really.
  16. If you turned up to protest (still find that bit funny "protest", lmao) then you are a tube. You and the few others that were really hundreds eh? Made a mockery of AFC.
  17. Jesus fucking christ. I suspect the bitterness or pouncing will be done by the same retards that started on JC. Reactionary tits to a man. Same kind of finishes in the league and, it has to be a cup win otherwise it's the same old routine really isn't it?
  18. Lumping fuck! This tube has nae idea of the relationship Milne has had wi AFC fans. And clearly no perception of the precarious position of his own club.
  19. Idiot. Yes, that rag tag band of tits that comprised the protest couldn't have convinced me I needed a shite if I had dysentery. Idiot.
