The guy wants to stay, is genuinely happy to be at the club and living in the city and is our best player. I agree that his injury ravaged couple of years makes resigning him unappealing but how often do you get that kind of player? Anderson was injured for more than 2 years but presumably folk were able to see the player.
Langfield has been very good this season. I want Smith to stay but his reliability, or rather lack of it, has to be reflected in the terms of any contract. He is the best player at the club.
Was always going to be a tough season and Boro had one of the tougher run ins, luckily not as bad as the zebras! Not over though and someone usually makes a late surge, I actually reckon Boro will stay up. Hull don't look like getting a point anywhere and the zebras have a cunt of a run in, the game at St James Park could very well sort it out.
A few bad fuck ups later we would have literally a few revolting fans protesting in the street waving stuff! We would love to be able to do that Gerd but it really isn't very likely, not if we have any sort of aspirations.
Does seem strange that it is two players madman owns from earhole to arsehole that are getting the dunt. Tidying up some books and redirection of cash more like!
I presume the idea of putting a young player in instead of Seve means you would be prepared to accept the inconsistences of performance that go with "blooding" youngsters?
Also today, Birmingham now down 2-1 at home to Preston.
I will lmao, even pmsl and rotflmao if they fuck up an automatic promotion place!
ps the goalscorer, Ross Wallace, did a Nicholson and got his second yeller for over-celebrating!
