It's been similarly proven that reducing prices is a money loser and doesn't bring in enough/many extra long term fans. It's a pretty horrible situation.
Sentimentality perhaps but were it anyone other than one the best defenders we've had at Pittodrie in a long time becoming available at a time when were weak at the back . . . payp, no problem. Andy Webster barely kicked a baw for der hun but was yiniteds poty. Just saying, these things happen.
Yip, it's a bit of a gamble but one Broon has to make, but the IF bit is off putting. For us it really would need to payp, just can't afford dough tied up in the sick bay.
We could do with an on field leader too though which we also discussed. Yes we need width, but some knackers on the pitch would be nice too, yes from me. Play Pawlett.
No, was thinking the other half of the weekend I'm not wasting.
Played Darley a couple of weeks back, greens were on and they were no bad at all but don't really like the course in general, fancy Lochgreen, never played it.
Like beating the same deid horse over and over I suppose.
Pretty unsurprising figures and pretty obvious reasons for them. The fitba has been diabolical for some time now and despite the crowd pleasing appointment the fans didn't show up. And continue not to.
And if safety is their concern they should similarly enforce these rules when the OF are in town. Given the much larger numbers fans safety would be of increased concern.
My take in this particular case is if they are blocking the view of others, the others could perhaps choose from the 1600 or so unoccupied seats with a full view of the match. I suspect no one actually complained and it was actions purely motivated by the joyless and arbitrary bastards we have stewarding and policing football.
Fun watching these self same officious cunts with a bloated sense of their own importance do next to nothing when presented with 4 thousand people doing precisely the same thing. Suddenly that motivation deserts them.
