Keep Considine,.Keep Pawlett if he's cheap.Saw glimpses of what he can do yesterday with players on the same wavelength,eg Maddison Jury out on Taylor,McGinn. Feel a bit sorry for Jack.Got the captaincy that I dont think he wants. If we get the experienced midfielder were looking for in January, that also compliments Jack, then keep

Just back - A predictable result, and maybe lucky to get nil at the end. Maybe weve picked up a bit of a thing about playing St J,but despite their stuffiness,I think they were very beatable. Thought some of the close one twos etc were our best bet of getting thru St J,so was surprised to see Pawlett and McGinn go off. Couple of things that could be improved - not enough of our forwards get ahead of the ball in anticipation of the next pass, nor make themselves available enough for the man in possession of the ball,or work hard enough to find/create space.Often see the ball going out to the wing, and the winger is left to produce some sort of magic by himself,or swing an aimless ball into the middle, with minimal results.Give him another option Dont think anyone played that badly, worked hard enough but not clever enough.Might even have left Rooney and Stockley on the bench and let the fast tricky players run at them all day Considine my MOTM

Aye cold turkey for me. Got the fags down to just at the weekends with the pints, but soon gave up altogether.Wasnt that hard to stop, felt quickly healthier. Nae sure about the farting.Have you substituted the fags with veg?

Stick to a more adventurous style of fitba for a couple more months and start making judgements then. Our cautious style maybe more of a negative factor than individual flaws??. Was Pawlett not getting rave reviews while at Perth before he came back here...

F'like loon, feel free to start a World cup over here Its a bit quieter over here, but more civilised IMO. Another 10/15 regulars would have the site ticking over nicely

A last throw of the dice option for Reynolds All that defensive frustration unleashed as a new midfield revelation is discovered
-
I'd be tempted to see what Reynolds could do in midfield with the reserves...a random idea but could bring him out his shell. Not imposing enough in defence
-
Cant say as ive noticed Crawford that much but heard a few folk mention his name as a signing.Would he be a Maddison type replacement,or the more combative midfielder weve been looking for?
-
Might compliment the hard experienced midfielder were looking for like Robson did. Dont think captaincy suits him,or he wants it,but wouldnt write him or any of tje current squad yet,if we play them the way that suits them Cant think of that missing midfielder that would be available tho...

Killie becoming our whipping boys.Good to see the goals coming, in the sort of line up most of us thought best. Interesting to see how we go about St J on Saturday...

Dinna disagree with a lot of what you guys are saying, but why is it ego,as opposed to stupid management?

No idea what he's thinking, but am sure Reynolds and co have been magnificent in training in that line up.Nothing to worry about. COYR

Well this news is on other forums too. Be interested to hear the clubs point of view.Dont know what problem theyd have with displays or why they couldnt help make it to their benefit(assuming they really dont want displays)

The freezing recent weather might have been a pain to some, but its brought some of the best hill conditions I can remember.Superb visibility, sunny skies and lots of inversions as below on Tayside last w/e.A first for myself Couple of new routes Invervar 4 - A loop of 4 relatively easy Munros(Carn Gorm,Meall Garbh,Carn Mairg,Meall nan Aighean) starting from Invervar car park.Take the A9 as far as the turn off for Aberfeldy. From Aberfeldy head for Ivervar via Fortingall. On arriving at Invervar look out for a phone box on the lhs, where there is a free car park just below it. Along the road(west) is a gate with a sign pointing you up the first hill(Carn Gorm).A few green and orange markers guide you up though the forestry, and another sign points you onto the start of the Carn Gorm ridge, where its pretty obvious where to go from there.Options once you reach the summit are go back down the same way if 1 is enough,or carry on along the ridge East, where the other 3 hills roll out beyond, and return back to the car park Some great views to Glencoe,Ben Nevis. The hills around here and the Trossachs are some of the best for inversions Cluanie 4 - A notch or 2 above the Invervar 4, for steepness and exposure. This route includes Am Bathach(Corbett),Ciste Dubh,Aonach Mheadhoin, and Sgurr A Bhealach Dheirg(Munros).Route starts at the Cluanie Inn car park on the road from Invermoriston to Glen Sheil.Am Bathach starts almost immediately from the car park to the right, and heads quickly, steeply up.A few ups and downs to the summit at the far end.Its a good introduction to the area and can be done as a single by dropping down at the far end, to the dip(Bealach a Choinich on the OSmap) between Am Bathach and Ciste Dubh, and turning right to join a track between Am Bathach and A Chralaig(an Caorann Mor),and back to the car park. If carrying on,head from the dip,up to Ciste Dubh, return back down to the dip, then up to Sgurr an Fhuarail, over to Aonach Mheadhoin(some steep and exposed bits en route),across to Sgurr a Bhealach Dheirg and return to the car park via Meall a Charra, the East edge of the forestry below, cross the burn and follow the road back to the car park. Great days walking in prime Scottish hill country

He's reached his limit if he's stupid enough to carry on doing the same things without recognising something isnt and hasnt worked.Id be prepared to see how he responds to this* and how he goes about getting a different result next time.I If he doesnt change it,then yes then things will stagnate and he'll be rightly out on his arse.Lets see what he does at Ibrox, and then in the next transfer window *or because i cant think of an alternative manager for now

Enjoy your day for as long as its enjoyable.Show us you want to win Dons. COYR
