  1. He's reached his limit if he's stupid enough to carry on doing the same things without recognising something isnt and hasnt worked.Id be prepared to see how he responds to this* and how he goes about getting a different result next time.I If he doesnt change it,then yes then things will stagnate and he'll be rightly out on his arse.Lets see what he does at Ibrox, and then in the next transfer window *or because i cant think of an alternative manager for now
  2. Enjoy your day for as long as its enjoyable.Show us you want to win Dons. COYR
  3. Dont mind euro fjtba thru the season but agree.like to switch off altogether for a couple of months. Football in July doesnt do it for me And get it back to the European cup ,non seeds etc as said
  4. Ha Ha. Quotes - "No way!", "You piece of shits " " "How the Hell did they manage that?" "That is bloody awesome!! It was indeed awesome.Wonder what Mezz has got lined up for this one.
  5. Wee panic there, but thats what I meant Though I did randomly travel down to Fir Park from Elgin for a Saturday game a couple of seasons ago..... ....How I chuckled when I found it was on the Sunday......
  6. Anton Rogan was a great player for us In a relaxed mood about this game.Beers and food sorted for Friday night. Hearty breakfast Sat am with the bro and nephew, then game time.Lookin forrit tilt. COYR
  7. Think sinclair went off injured
  8. Enjoy a bit of the blues Fab Thunderbirds OGWT 1980 - great harp solo ...and SRV Texas Flood,Montreux 1982
  9. Good stuff, and good to see the '76 team again.Jarvies looking a bit old.Dont recognise the wee guy with the light blue jacket, and the guy at the back, right with the silver hair?? Williamson?
  10. Nae sure about Shearer there but would add Davie Robb and Drew Jarvie to the 'never paticularly rated them' list, popular as they were
  11. Keeping it local.Scotland in summer.... ....and then Scotland in winter with a bit of the Pyrenees in late Spring
  12. Ha Ha. and quite agree...we had more nervous moments(vICT) when we tried to defend the lead. How much the players want to win a trophy could decide it
  13. After yesterday, why change a winning formula.Confidence building at a good time, think this more attacking line up suits a lot of the players more Bit more optimistic about the final now,...but realistic
  14. What planet are these tw@ts on.All this shite shouldve died out in the 70s.
  15. Havnt seen him for a few years, but last time I did,he was in Somerfield,Torry, trying to chat up a nae particularly attractive lass at the deli. Not sure what he said to her,but as I walked away I just heard a startled "Noooooooo!!" from the girl, and seen him walking sheepishly away..... * Am reading into that what I want to believe
  16. Aye most teams feared playing us anyway, and his mere presence would have been intimidating too. Warm ups in front of the jungle were an extra bonus.Got each other at the right time though
  17. Cheers might need to take time off work for it though...
  18. Aoife O'Donovan
  19. Had steak the night too. You going to let us in on the 'method' ?
  20. Pfffft
  21. Wasnt called the blouse for nothing..
  22. Agree with the comments about foster. He was getting booed at an early age,17/18? If he'd built up some resentment i think it was pretty understandable Ash Taylor - I like him.Think with the right guidance he could be a very good player.Only thing Im not sure about is if he's at the stage where he would take any advice on board,or whether he's reached a level he's happy with, and unlikely to change. Just needs to back off a bit,and watch the game/anticipate things more Darren Mackie - When I first saw him,i thought he had something about him.Had the potential to be a Riordan type player(IMO, nae sniggering),but it was his ego that got the better of him,and in the end,i dont think Ive ever disliked a Dons player as much Late addition - Doug Rougvie,we all loved him,but he got away with being a carthorse because of a good team
  23. Ha ha ha. Helps take your ears off the shiteyness of the band
  24. In or Oot - In if hill forecast for Skye is good. Will pop in past the fitba en route Pre/Post - Driving Prediction - Unpredictable games these.Forms maybe picking up though, 3-1 Dons My arms have legged it ^^^^
