  1. Managed to head back to the car in time to miss the winner First 20 mins we were chronic, the deserved boos were for the pussy footing about at the back, and hoofing the ball...again.Goal woke us up and the intensity and creativity improved, and we got glimpses of what were capable of.It was messy at times, possibly because weve got out of the habit of playing like that, but you'd hope Robson could see the difference to take note. Hearts were mediocre, only grew into it because we started so meekly. An unusual line up from us,Milne had a quiet game.Johnny gives me the fear at L/B,normally a bit reckless, but he had a good game. Confuses things with Robson a bit though, not sure its enough to turn the tide against him,we'll see
  2. Started off crap, playing the same way as Tuesday.Only came to life after they scored. As we pass/link up more, the more likely were looking. Why we haven't done more of it before now...
  3. In - Mainer A last throw of the dice for Robbo.Never boo'd the side(except maybe a coupla times at Mackie ),but if he continues the hoofball then he'll deserve all the wrath he gets. Mon min Robbo.3 - 1 Don's Duk,Sokler,Miovski
  4. Thought Duk did ok last night with the scraps he got Think future crowds will have a bearing on Robbos tenure.Lucky if there were 10k in the ground last night,(despite the "official" report of 13k)
  5. Would be sounding out Tony Mowbray meantime..
  6. Agreed, was hoping he'd eventually work things out,but there was already a strong anti robson brigade before the game, think he'll find it hard to come back from this. Left at 0-0 shaking my head.....
  7. MacDonald looks sound though
  8. Total pack of spark about us,not enough showing for the ball. Hoof up the arse needed
  9. Pavements up to Pittodrie like a. skating rink
  10. In Section Y Prediction 3 - 1 Dons. Miovski hat trick before his Ā£12m move to Celtic.Quite like Orlandos idea of Devlin beside Shinnie
  11. Rubezic is an awkward one.Lots of folk thinking he's come on leaps and bounds, but still costing us something in a lot of games. Theres an argument for persisting with him,but we're in dire need of points, and a spell on the bench might be for the best. Is our midfield sortable with the personnel we have? Could an existing player be utilised as a Rama type player til the Jan window,eg Duncan,McKenzie,McGarry? Were a bit physically lightweght in midfield IMO
  12. Tasty looking line up,let's play fitba this time
  13. ...only shree points

  15. ....and didnt deserve to.That was a painful watch, why couldnt we string 2 passes together,....so frustrating
  16. Had a look at his managerial record, and to be fair,he's been consistently decent wherever he's went.Pity I canna be doing with him. Stats below https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derek_Adams

^^Was it the Joke factory? Speaking of George st,loved a rummage thru the records at One up when it was there.Used to have greasy pie beans n chips at the Silver city cafe en route from the station to the fitba.'Chef' with the fag in the corner of his mouth cooking fine fare, and an old wifie waitress, who would always burst into song when we stuck on Perry Como or Frank Sinatra on the juker(intentionally for a laugh)

Remember the names Robert Raes and the Rubber shop but was never in them(too young tv adverts),also remember the adverts for Mr Beaujangles .There was a Benzies in Elgin many moons ago,not sure if they were connected to the ABZ branch
  20. Avoided last nights mauling with another stroll in Glen Esk(Edzell). Looking up Glen Esk towards Lochnagar and Mount Keen The blue door walk along River North Esk is a cracking low level walk https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/angus/edzell.shtml River North Esk
  21. Glad I went for a stroll rather than watch that shite.Might be hard to come back from a result like this.Hope its the boot up the arse needed...
  22. This might be a closer game than usual. An early goal,we might create a few doubts, but not going to get my hopes up Oot 2 - 2 Barron,Polvara
  23. Can only remember Radars being on Belmont st.Bands, and the whiff of weed upstairs, burger type food downstairs.Do remember a Littlejohns but cant remember where it was
  24. Craigens got the gift of stating the obvious down to a T. Good result tonight,PAOK were very slick at times. If I was to be critical,I think we need to learn to make better use of the ball when we have it,and some of our defending was a bit clumsy, but got away with it,might have nicked a better result. Ach well, back to focusing on the treble...
