Too hot for hills this w/e so we were up at Banff to do the Alvah bridge loop.Never heard of it,but quite an impressive house and gorge. Only thing was,you were nowhere near the river for the vast majority of the walk(all in appx 2.5 hrs).Mountain bike may have been a better option,on fairly flat good tracks most of the way https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/aberdeenshire/bridge-of-alvah.shtml

A initial loan deal seems fair enough, see what he's got.Lot of folk greetin' elsewhere, equating the situation with Montgomery

All the way

Fingers crossed that month isnt Ramadanish

This guy. 'Poised' to sign a 2 year deal https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ylber_Ramadani

I cant see jutes line up Harper Archibald Shearer and Paatelainen banged in a fair few in a short spell together Recently Hayes Rooney McGinn

Aye thought he was poor last night also, but subbed off for who? The options werent great. As said wish,we could get him off-loaded.Not enjoyable playing someone whod rather be elswhere, even if theyre playing well IMO,and that includes Ramirez who I rate
-
I was all for blooding some younger players in this type of game, but we looked like boys v men in the second half tbh. Dont envy Goodwins task.
-
..A fitting way for 'King' OJoey to *bow out of his Pittodrie career *
-
Ramirez and Watkins being out,it might be worth 'unleashing' McLennan and Kennedy up front given their unlikely futures on the wings.Might get a laugh if nothing else. McRorie at R/B again to see if worth pursuing. Out Red TV St J 1 - Dons 3 Besuijen hat trick.

Canna really compare Cormacks business dealings with yer Russian oligarchs/Saudi billionaire types can you? Do we assume Cormack probably built his business unscrupulously,....or does he get the benefit of the doubt,..might just have been a good business idea that was well managed and took off,.... as opposed to the Russian oligarch/Saudi billionaire types, mainly benefitting from being connected to the inner circles of oppresive regimes, and with no actual link to their clubs?

New non executive director - Willie Garner. Dont know enough about his abilities to judge, but seems to be received positively http is://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/sport/football/aberdeen-fc/4254410/former-don-willie-garner-joins-board-at-aberdeen-fc/

McKenzie might be worth a try there if he fancies it. Taller than he looks at just over 6' 3"(1.91m). Better if he was alongside a prominant or experienced partner like Considine had with Anderson/Mckenna/Ifil

Saw it on a 'Dandy Dons' page earlier.Looked legit(to a gullible tit) Just had a look on 'Kop em' now,but nothing there. Looks like some top bants

Nae sure this link will work, but apparently Liverpool and Ramsay have agreed terms, clubs negotiating a fee. Seen on a Liverpool site called 'Kop 'em' pagefile:///storage/emulated/0/Download/img_1_1651435217819.jpg

Glad to get that and this season out the way. Bates and Gallacher doesn't seem to work. Not sure if Bates on his other foot would be any better,(or if hes actually the weak link),but if we can sort that pairing, maybe with an experienced head/organiser. Can't be good for Ramsay or Mckenzies development with the status quo.I'd still be happy with Lewis staying if we can find the right defensive combos. Have to see who stays/goes for the other areas.Good to see some young prospects blooded in the remaining games

Think the signs were good early on with Turnbull though. Season after he joined, we got to the LC semi final and SC final. The early sixties pre Turnbull we were going nowhere fast
-
May be working, not sure if In yet Pre/Post - Driving Mainer if In Prediction - Too unpredictable. Not sure what more Goodwin has got, to get more out of the current squad, outcome in the laps of the Gods 1 - 1 Hayes mazy run

Did a wee bit in the middle of the Muchalls to Stoney section that was left to do before the fitba yesterday.Should have carried on walking..... Near Blackhills farm Skatie shore below.Noticed this beach last time when I was walking along the cliff top,so had a wander yesterday am. Muchalls to Stoney about 4hrs..ish.Or,to break up the walk, theres a bus stop/layby beside Blackhills farm from where you can do a loop to Muchalls or Stoney. If starting from Muchalls, park in the spaces at the bottom(South) end of Marine tce.Walk down the track to under the railway bridge and aim for the coast where youll find the paths. Starting fae Stoney, park at the layby as youre coming down the hill off the slip road fae the North, just before the beach caravan park.Theres a path starts at the top end of the layby

Agree with Tlg.We looked a bit more useful with Watkins up front movement wise,if ony he had more of a goal threat.Johnny looks much better further forward and showed he can still cause some damage,...at least he could with better players near him,and Besuijen had a good game. Our appetite was good,I just think today was much as we can get out of the current squads limitations, though I thought the ref also turned the game.He had a stinker. Defense doesnt seem to be the right combo. And £5k a week for Ojo ,get him out of here. Ferguson was useless today too, quicker we get money for him and Ramsay the better. If we can scrape thru this season,am curious to see what Goodwin can come up with for next.

We were looking good til all that drama ,then undeserved goal. Johnny and Vicente looking up for it,hopefully we can turn this round. Surprisingly chilly in the despite the sun

Think thats a fair assesment. Ive found the speed which some of us have decided to resent Cormack a bit embarassing TBH.Over dwelling on the smaller issues, while turning a blind eye to the efforts he's putting in elsewhere. Nobody wants or wanted to run AFC.Milne couldnt wait to get out.Cormacks as good as we could have hoped for.An actual Dons fan, with a bit of money and a will to do something with the club. You could argue having been away so long,he's maybe become a bit Americanised and tried to implement similar traits over here.Just needs a period of readjusting to N/E misery and he'll be good to go

Your greetin's getting a bit tedious now min.Give it a rest
