  1. Aye,forgot about those saves from Lewis.Could have been a different story otherwise. As an aside, there seemed to be a heavy police presence in and around the ground.Even the Mainer, where there was a policewoman patrolling the aisles.Noticed a fair group of scarfless Hibs guys next to the RDS??
  2. An unexpected but excellent turnaround, which looked unlikely as we reached half time.Hibs started brightly, and showed us what breaking quickly is all about and deservedly went ahead. If our attacks werent breaking down,we were so laboured, that we carried little threat, though appreciate we've had to change the line up again hindering us getting into any rythym Second half, helped by the sending off,we upped it and deservedly got back into it without being too pretty on the eye.Good old Andy once again baling us out.Whatever flaws he has must surely be cancelled out by the amount of important goals hes scored. Top Dons for me were McGeouch,Ojo,Ferguson and McGinn.Great attitude from all.MacLennan? I want him to do well, but we could be getting so much more from him IMO.He could start by whining less and thinking more effectively Good noisy support from Hibs, though it was nice to rub their smug elements faces in it.
  3. Our unpredictability of the last few weeks has made going to the fitba a bit more bearable/interesting than the previous predictable dirge. Hope we continue with McGinn and Main or Cosgrove up front, and we go for it if Hibs are still off the boil. In or Oot - In,Mainer Pre - Working Post - Driving Prediction - Will take a 2 - 1 win McGinn,Kennedy
  4. Well done loons.MacLennan with an equaliser
  5. Actually, did we start off 3-5-2 in the cup and struggle, maybe needs a 4-4-2 with similar personnel.Who knows with Deek though, soon find out, COYR Heres it - Lewis, Logan, Taylor, Devlin, Considine, Ojo, Ferguson, McLennan, Kennedy, McGinn, Main. Substitutes: Cerny, Hernandez, MacKenzie, Gallagher, McGeouch, Hedges, Anderson.
  6. Lewis Devlin Taylor Considine McLennan Ferguson Ojo Campbell Kennedy McGinn Main Keen to see McGinn up front again.McGeouch for Campbell if the loons out.Hoping McLennan is having his 1 good game in 5.Swap with Logan if not All going well,3 - 1 the dandies. McGinn x2, Ojo
  7. Rather play them now than the final personally.Think we've a wee chance in a one off against todays Celtic, with the added carrot of meeting a team as mediocre as ourselves in the final
  8. He does deserve a run,but also have a hunch he doesnt have enough about him.Only find out if he gets a run though. Love a Scottish Cup away day,but dont do enough away days for the points. Forms a bit too up and down recently to predict,I'll hope for a McInnes surprise line up and a 2 - 0 win.McGinn,Kennedy
  9. Nor that....hahaha
  10. Blimey.Didna see that coming. COYR
  11. Boom......Considine once again saving the Dons
  12. A decent line up personnel wise, but scratching the head at the formation??. Am sure Deek has it all ..er under control though. Come away the Dandies
  13. Slick City fitba is always worth a watch, but agree on the womens fitba,a no watcher for me(more so after watching that first goal ^^).But if theres a demand for it elsewhere, good luck to them As far as female commentators go,I find them a hard listen, maybe the pitch of their voices or something.Nae doubting they can be as knowledgeable as anyone, but its when they try to emulate the over enthusiasm of some of the seasoned pros it becomes a turn off.Just be yourself, why copy your Alan Greens,or our own Liam McLeod with their spittle covered mics
  14. Well that was harsh,Celtic looked out of sorts. We deserved something from the game, showed good intent, competed wel and looked hungry Some good performances,Taylor,Ojo,McLennan and McGinn.Kennedy doing a bit of an early Johnny Hayes though,ie hesitant, out of sorts as compared to what he was doing at StJs. McLennan looks like he could be pretty handy through the middle, though would like us to continue with McGinn and Main or Cosgrove for the time being in the 'lesser' games Bit more optimistic than of late, bring on the Killie. COYR
  15. Opened the curtains just after 9 and there was a mini Blizzard going on.Eased off now to bright but very breezy.Might deter a bit of hoofball but nae too confident. Take a draw 2- 2 McGinn,Gallacher
  16. And a bit of Funk - worth it for the bass players head movement Fearless flyers
  17. Like this guy - Theo Katzman
  18. My Main hat trick prediction was tongue in cheek, but he took us all by surprise a bit last night.Hope Deek works out why Main can acheive a performance like that, assuming it wasnt just down to the shiteness of Accies. Not sure if Derek would have rolled the dice like he did, without the pressure he was under, but he's surley seen the difference it made.Would be happy to carry on with last nights system at the expense of a few extra goals and defeats short term if it suits the players we have
  19. James Wilson scores with his first touch of the ball for Salford Campbell on McGeouch off
  20. Get in.McLennan
  21. no let ups Dons.Get at them
  22. Well done the saviour
  23. Thats what I was thinking.Good to see McGinn upfront if correct. Could be a season saver if it comes off.Hae my doubts but COYR
  24. Dont think Ive ever actually been in Hamilton. Not about to start on a bleak February night, but fair play to anyone going on current form. Not sure Del's got anything new up his sleeve, but am going for a Curtis Main bulldozing of the Hamilton defence Accies 0 - Dons 3 (Main x3)
  25. Working thankfully but would go with Pandas formation and hope they've been working on creating opportunities through the week. Optimistic 2 - 0. Kennedy to hit form with 2 goals
