I'll get it FULL FOURTH ROUND DRAW St Mirren v Broxburn Athletic Kilmarnock v Queen's Park Heart of Midlothian v Airdrieonians Alloa Athletic v Inverness Caledonian Thistle Livingston v Raith Rovers Auchinleck Talbot/Arbroath v Falkirk Dundee United v Hibernian Ayr United v Ross County Aberdeen v Dumbarton Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic v Clyde St Johnstone v Greenock Morton/Brora Rangers Hamilton Academical v Edinburgh City Partick Thistle v Celtic East Kilbride v BSC Glasgow Dundee v Motherwell Rangers v Stranraer -
Got a good response from the travelling Dons, and a bit unlucky with that late header. Some bounce if it had gone in...bit of a damp squib in the end

Big announcement from Pittodrie ?

Think Broons till staying as club 'ambassador'... -
Cormacks teeth fairly bedazzled Mcdermid outside before the game, and I thought there might be a bit more of a Cormack bounce inside from the players after the recent news :/ I don't think we played particularly badly,... just thought we were a bit ordinary, with some blunders thrown in,....the main one coming from Devlin, but with Logan contriving to do his best to match him. Missing that sitter cost us dearly.St J weren't that great either, but their wee winger 33,Kennedy? always looked capable of conjuring up some wee bit of majic. Needed a bit more inventiveness from ourselves around the box.Niall was putting in some decent balls, but maybe a bit more variety,ie a low ball across the goal,...or movement and one twos from the others.Seemed to be a lack of hunger for the winner til it was too late. Pass marks to McKenna,Leigh, and blunder aside,Devlin.Meh to the rest.Did Hedges touch the ball. Not seeing enough from him.

Just about to head off.Dont have a ticket but am sure I read somewhere that there will be cash turnstiles if tickets are unsold in the West and North stands(no option to buy tickets online at either club).Cant see anything online today to confirm, and both club offices closed.Anyone confirm? Usually is a cash gate....

Had a wee peak over the road. Pretty big if one let alone both issues are true,....but its the Hat rumour mill,so I wont hold my breath much as I want it to be true -

Thats what confused me about someone willing to invest. Why would you when youve got the Ugly sisters on the verge of strangling the Scottish game again.A cuddly wee 'Scaddish' team as a vanity investment would make the most sense... -
The furthest South weve been for Munros was Ben Cruachan near Dalmally(south of Oban). Its a very busy hill if you do it from the Weege side, but we decided to make it a bit more of an adventure and climb it from the North side in Glen Noe.Probably the nicest camp spot weve pitched at,and never met a soul in the 2 days we were there, til we got onto the hill summit ridge.further South than that I'd imagine youd be too close to Glasgow to get somewhere reasonablyremote. No idea what you'd need to do re building a cabin as far as permission goes, buy a plot first,do up an existing building shell,or chat up a farmer.? Or find a remote wood and chance yer luck Failing that, theres loads of remote bothies free to use,but its a lottery if you arrive with someone in it or not, though theyve usually got room for a fair number of folk https://www.mountainbothies.org.uk/ Heres Glen Noe from July IMG_8537 by , on Flickr And while I'm here, the latest hill last weekend was in the snow at Meall a Bhuiridh in Glencoe IMG-20191117-WA0013 by , on Flickr IMG-20191117-WA0025 (3) by , on Flickr No sun,but great conditions.A good hill for someone keen to get up in winter conditions since the start point is at Glencoe ski resort, where theres the option of a chairlift up and down up most of the way(£8 one way)
-
Cheers just googled it. I was late last time, and bombing about the the other side of the A9
-
Was meant to be on the hills this w/e,but forecast turning,so looking to head to this game instead.St J's off form at the moment, and if we continue where we left off at county, then a good chance of 3 points in the bag.St Mirren up after that,so a good chance to open up a gap before the cheats come to town In or Oot - In Furryboots - wherever theres a cash turnstyle,Ormond? Pre - Working Post - Driving Prediction - 1 - 3 Dons Cosgrove,McGinn,Main Ps,any recommendations for parking? Had a bit of a mare last time
-
I know, but with Aberdeen city at 230k,and if you include surrounding areas to give you around 450k population, then Countys proportion of crowds to population is still pretty impressive
-
A fine win.Never saw a stream but McGinn was in top form apparently,Considine also good.Downside was Bryson went off after 50 mins......turning out to be a new Paul Bernard Makes all the feeble results at the start of the season more frustrating 6500 crowd today (of which 2000 Dandies).Always amazes how many folks watch County, when the population of Dingwall is only 8000 or so
-
Now out for this one as am working am.Shame, usually a good day out.Looks like we've pretty much sold out our end though.Good effort
-
Should be up in Elgin this weekend,so will try and coax my armchair brother along to this.Dingwalls a couthy wee place, always one of the better away days. Hopefully stick with 2 up front, score a few goals and get the belief up a bit more .COYR

Im not sure anyone is suddenly oversinging McInnes praises again.I thought we were ok v Killie, without firing on all cylinders.Killie were poor. Agree v the Old firm,if were going to get beat 4 and 5 nil,why not a different approach.Though I'm not sure he knows how to be any different.Any high scoring sides we have had seem to have been more about the mindset of a group of players at that time, rather than tactical nous
-
Not quite getting his stuff. If Im supposed to see or get something,I'm willing to be enlightened https://www.google.com/search?q=images+google+mark+rothko+paintings&oq=images+google+mark+rothko+paintings&aqs=chrome..69i57j33.16594j0j9&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Just hame.A 3 nil win while not firing on all cylinders,....I'll take it,though Killie had a couple of chances, including a superb save from Lewis, but overall I thought they were poor. Positives - Main,a bit clumsy but adds some energy and bite up front.Devlin didnt have too much to do,but looking more comfortable and confident.I like Vyner. He's pretty nimble for a big loon and quite a smart footballer. A bit more pace in some areas, and more imagination/movement from middle to front could help turn some results more positively.Weve a decent squad,i'm sure we could get more out of them Footnote - Had the radio on heading back.Stuart and Tam,is that the best we can do? Same intro, pattern and format as about 20 years ago.Canna listen to them
-
Were a bit unpredictable, but heading along on the off chance of a good game.Nae sure what style the new Killie boss plays but we're doing better taking the game to the opposition.Forecast nae great, hoping the winds blowing into the SS In or Oot - In Furryboots - Mainer Pre - Work am,if not rained off Post - Driving Prediction - Who knows, 2 - 2 McGinn x2 Crowd - 11'452
-
with you on the Bobby Clark vote.Ally Shewans an unusual name to be on the list.Long service aye,but in a mostly poor Dons era
-
Sounds like weve been on the front foot and rewarded as a result.Should try it more often.McGinn been 'outstanding'
-
1 nil Dons, described as a training ground free kick.Ferguson the scorer
-
Results wise, cant accuse us of being predictable.Tonight again could go anyway.I'll go for a 2 nil Accies win.

Hills arent big enough down your neck of the woods and no Munros below loch Lomond, but welcome to join us for a winter hill wander further North.
