  1. On a similar subject, what is the connection with Donstalk to this effort ?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?
  2. Quite like the look of that line up KFP,and wouldn't be unhappy with McGinn in Wilsons role if it came to it.Be fine to see something a bit more experimental from McInnes if only to divert the apathy In or Oot - In,its a thocht like Furryboots - Mainer Pre - Driving Post - Driving Prediction - Optimistic 3 - 0. Consi hat trick
  3. we all pumped up for this then.... link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c55otd9tvsc
  4. Probably not but since were here,I'd add Chris Anderson,Dick Donald and Jim Leighton to LA Dons 3
  5. Mind seeing this guy on 'the Tube' back in the 80's. Stanley Jordan
  6. To be fair to Sam,weve created about 3 chances this season, and he's converted 9 of them.Pre Rooney,We were crying out for someone with a return like Sams for years,so am not going to complain about how he gets his goals for now I also think he's a better footballer than we give him credit for,...I doubt he asks that we lump hopeless balls upto him.Quicken the tempo, get the ball on the deck, and try 2 up front,or at least experiment with it more often and see what happens. ps anyone else noticed how the guests viewing figures go from normally 10s of viewers to suddenly mid hundreds of viewers and then back down again at different times of the day??
  7. We scored goals when we made more of an effort to score goals but looked more likely to concede when we made more of an effort to not concede...as we often do
  8. Brysons an outside chance for Sunday I'm hearing elsewhere,..been training the last few days.A bit sad when your pinning your hopes on an aging midfielder to revive fortunes, but who knows. 1 - 1 Considine
  9. Think it would have been close to a sell out if we hadnt played like blouses recently ,though rackon there will be nearer 16k by kick off High tempo and in their faces from the start and see what happens. COYR
  10. Latest trip was over to the Cuillin,Skye to do an undone munro,..Am Basteir.Failed in my quest to get to the summit because of a 3m blind down climb(but it didnt stop my walk partner ). In the process though,we followed an unplanned circuit well worth a wander for non regular hill baggers, which gets you high up and into the heart of the Cuillin without any over taxing climbing.Parked slightly beyond the Sligachan hotel on the A863 where a path starts off on the lhs of the road and follows the Allt Dearg Beag on its rhs all the way up to the Basteir gorge, seen at the top of the stream to the left of the path Once into the gorge, you can see the route all the way ahead mid photo to Am Basteir, the lump of rock. But the aim is to simply head for the lowpoint to its left, where youll get a cracking view of the Southern Cuillin and out to Rum etc. From there you head back down a bit, under the lump of rock, and over to the rhs to Sgurr a Basteir Heading underneath the lump of Am Basteir and over to the start of the ridge of Sgurr A Basteir on the right And follow the ridge along to the easier summit of Sgurr A Basteir, which leads steeply, but not overly difficultly back to the Allt Dearg Beag, and a pint and meal back at the Sligachan hotel. We bivvied up near Bealach Basteir overnight, but would allow 7/8 hrs.Superb views
  11. Wright and Main off,Gallacher or McGinn, and Wilson on hopefully
  12. Thankfully missed most of the first half.Found a stream for the second http://www.hesgoal.com/news/51209/St_Mirren_vs_Aberdeen.html
  13. Weird lineup.Cosgrove injured but no start for Wilson,Logan dropped , so line up as follows Lewis Vyner McKenna Considine Leigh Ojo Ferguson Wright Hedges MacLennan Main Subs Cerny.Logan Devlin,Campbell,McGinn,Wilson
  14. It was a typical unnecessarily cautious game from Mcinnes, but if I must give some leeway its the fact that weve a 50% new squad.I'll save my anger til after next week, but if he hasnt noticed already that we seem to suit a more attacking style of play, then he's being negligent. Enough of the timidity, early goal next week, and hud g'an.
  15. Got what we deserved,a limp effort. Were better than that
  16. Were so timid were giving them confidence. Step it up in the second half Dons...
  17. Stream - http://www.hesgoal.com/news/50958/Rijeka_vs_Aberdeen.html
  18. Team news - Lewis Logan McKenna Considine Leigh Ferguson Ojo Hedges Gallacher McGinn Cosgrove Subs - Cerny,Devlin,Wilson,Main,Wright,Campbell,Vyner Looking forward to it. COYR
  19. Much as I like McKenna,If forest have bid £7m,I would bite your hand off.timing couldnt be worse like,but...
  20. Dont agree with your perma-rage against McInnes, though I thought the end of last season would have been a good point for both parties to part company amicably.Saying that, now that he's chosen to stay,I am quite curious to see how these signings work.....for now Where i do agree,is that our style of football could be having an adverse affect on some players confidence,or enthusiasm. If the eye watering football weve endured at times is off putting for us,then it must be the same to have to play that way youd think.I dont want to win a game, and probably the players, by stopping another team from winning. I'm sure players respond more to playing 'edgier' football. I wish he'd evolve a bit more as a manager, test his caution now and again. Not healthy to have such a fixed vision of how to play football.Pity,as he attracts a good standard of player,in a sound environment
  21. Some cracking weegie banter on that stream
  22. We often look more likely to concede( and sometimes do) when we game manage.Wish we'd get on the front foot more often
  23. Nice one Sam.Important goal
