  2. Your predictions are undoubtable
  3. Decent results without clicking up front so far.Get a couple of goals and hud g'an,get into the knack of scoring 4 - 1 May x2,Christie,MacLean
  4. Welcome toondon. Our gran stayed at Felton, near Newcastle.Happy days swimming in the river Coquet at the bottom of the garden. Only time ive been to St James was for my cousins wedding unfortunately....
  5. Latest offering - Beinn Eighe - Spidean Coire Nan Clach 993m Did this one at the w/e.Beinn Eighe is quite a long horseshoe of a ridge which contains 2 Munroes. It can all be done in a day,but involves going in and out the same way with lots of ascent and descent.Lot of folk start at one end, with another car parked at the other end,or,do it in 2 stages,of which I did the first stage on sunday. Parked at the parking space beside the little bridge at Cromasaig, just outside Kinlochewe.A short walk(aim for the higher ground) through the trees takes you onto a track up the side of the Allt a Chuirn, and from there its just a case of following the track, and aim for the highest pointy top on the right of the below photo IMG_2625 by [/url], on Flickr There are bits of scree to negotiate on the way up,but its not too hard to pick out grassy or rocky sections to walk on At the pointy summit, looking at the route ahead IMG_2595 by , on Flickr The Munro is the second last summit in the photo.Terrain here is pretty straight forward apart from the second summit, where theres a bit of scrambling, though there are often bypass routes if you look hard enough for them. Great hill though, took about 6.5 hours there and back. A bit of snow on the tops IMG_2523 by , on Flickr

    Slowdive

Like a coo settling down for the night(as described on Abmad )
  7. Back to the drawing board, and back to the pre Celtic defence I hope. Would drop O'Connor for Tansey. Its the front lot i'm not sure about, still a work in progress.Think GMS is worth another go,he had 2 guys on him v Celtic so we didnt see him much. Not sure about Rooney and May,maybe Stewart and May would give us more variety. Heads up,bounce back and a 3 -1 please. COYR
  8. Consoling myself with a new beer I noticed at the Coapy called, the Wild Rhino - Not bad at all 7/10
  9. Well that was rather shite. We just couldnt get near them. When we had the ball there never seemed to be someone available to pass to.We needed to be far quicker in thought and movement.Didnt work hard enough in those areas, though to be fair, Celtic were quick and alert to snuffing anything out. Wouldnt personally have played Considine or Rooney, but not sure it would have mattered on the Tims form. Can only hope Rogers gets bored soon and a Liam Brady type appointment comes in
  10. Good player, but theres always a doubt in your mind about him,ie whether he truly wants to be here,or wants us to be succesful.Better with someone consistently good(and enjoys being here) as opposed to very good now and again but poor at times too.
  11. I think most of us were getting a bit twitchy at the thought of a bid more than our £400k bid.He seems to have stepped up a gear again this season unfortunately
  12. Would have missed this one if it had been this w/e . In or Oot - In Furryboots - Mainer Pre/Post - Driving Prediction - Not sure what formations for the best.Be a shame to change the defence, would hope we could jig things in midfield/attack instead. Will take a draw, looking for more. 2 - 2 (May x2).
  13. Thats the sort of bright move thats been lacking this season.Hopefully more to come More highlights here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFldB7DYE58 Only criticism I'd have would be the amount of defenders at the last Hibs attack blocking the keepers view/getting in each others way.Think we could have afforded eg Wright on over Reynolds further up the park for the option of a breakaway
  14. "Everyone getting stuck in" is a lot of what's been missing a few games this season IMO. Looks like McInnes is getting closer to his preferred line up,sets it up nicely for the Tim game.
  15. Ball on for GMS Hanging on a bit....but job done. Great win loons
  16. Goalllllllllll GMS .....as County equalize v Hearts
  17. An on form GMS could be the difference in this game but not sure he or the attack are upto speed enough yet.Sticking to a draw for this one, hoping for better. COYR

    Films

Yes,we were in to see Dunkirk at the w/e.Wasnt what we expected.Good film,a bit bleak for a large part of it,but maybe the aim was to keep it as real as possible. 7.5/10
  19. Wouldna be daft enough to employ McCoist would they?? even if he is "establishment" Like the Alex Neil suggestion, not so much the foreign appointment idea.Internationals(to me) are the best of what each Countrys abilities and thinking are on offer at that time, even if it does mean continually embarassing ourselves.....
  20. Oot - Work Pre/Post - as above Prediction - 2 - 2 Christie /Stewart Some more tickets been released if youre on the waiting list http://afc.co.uk/news/10161#.Wd2rEGhSzIU

  22. Walker McCall v Airdrie 1980 (4 - 1) John Hewitt v the Hun '82 (4 - 0) Eric Black at Parkhead '83 (3 - 0) John hewitt at Muirton '83 (5 - 0) Mark McGhee v Ujpest D '84 (3 - 0) Frankie Mac v rangers '85(5 - 1) ' Frankie Mac v Celtic '85 (4 - 0) Charlie Nic v St Mirren '89 (5 - 0) Winters v dunfermline '99 (3 - 1) Hartley v Hamilton '10 (4 - 0) Vernon v Pars '11 (4 - 0) Couple of Rooney hat tricks.A few other games I'm cant remember if I was there or not.Saw king Joey plenty times but cant remember seeing him bag a hat trick
