So is this a newco bust up? And if so are these the people who were for or against the newco being voted in.

With the lack of support for Green from the sponsers and the fans maybe the newco will end up in administration and then there will be o way they can get a yes vote.

Would be funny if after spending their hard earned giro's on the new strip the liquidators come in and say thats not legal, new company so you can't have the same strip and logo as the old company.

Does anyone know with THE Rangers being a Newco does the company have to change it's logo/badge? If so how can they be selling next seasons strips? Maybe one for the liquidators to sort out. I love how they still have the same website as if nothing has changed.

Anyone here listen to the away end podcast? Had some really good points tonight. I liked the point about Rangers saying they were keeping the trophies and history of the old club, they said you are either a completely new club with no history or if you are saying you are the old club with a new name then here is your tax bill, now pay all the creditors the old club were due money to, you can't have it both ways. They also came out and said one of the main point's that I put in my email to AFC, that Green has already come out talking about signing players, the players mentioned are not on peanuts so clearly they have not learned their lesson.

Think censorship is run by Neil Doncaster, one rule for one and one rule for all the others.

Here is the way I see it, and if it was any other club this is how it would be I am sure. Rangers Oldco cannot possibly guarantee that they can fullfill their fixtures for season, 2012/2013. With a new takeover bid in the works and the fixtures coming out in 4 days, a Newco is not going to be up and running in time. Surely the only option is for the SPL to replace Rangers and then the SFL invite clubs to apply to Join. If the Newco are still not up and running then oh well.

How can they continue to play under the name of Rangers Football Club??? A newco will have to have a new name, Even if it is Rangers Football Club 2012 thats what fans of every other team will refer to them as.

Punishments for a newco to be decided on a case by case basis by the whole spl. Just opening up another can of worms. Rangers get voted in and in a few years say Ross County or Motherwell for example go bust and come back as a newco and are told sorry we dont need you so your not getting in law suits could follow. True what they say 1 rule for them and another for everyone else.

The USA did look good, they have been slowly improving under Jurgen. I did not expect 5-1 though. Over the last 8 years I have seen US football grow and grow as Scottish football seems to have gone stale. Note to the big wigs, a more competitive league without Rangers and clubs having to play Scottish players will help the national team in the long run.
