  1. The way I look at it is we are the lucky ones. We got to see our team win trophies almost every season. Some posters on here were not even born last time we won a cup. In a way it does make it hard because we grew up expecting Aberdeen to win but in reality apart from the 80's (before and after) Aberdeen are just like Motherwell, St Johnstone etc , getting to a final now and again and winning the odd trophy . Although I think we should be performing better than we are at the moment.
  2. Tony is a Celtic Supporter if you never guessed. Tom Mathers Well done Aberdeen. 10 man Aberdeen 0- 0 12 man Celtic 13 minutes ago · · Like · Tony Tom, take the specs off! Considine had to go, it was a penalty! And the decisions have been pretty even! 10 ago · Like Tom Mathers But the refs never give Celtic decisions. 3 red cards and how many penalties this season against us when playing Celtic??? 7 minutes ago · Like Tony Tom, they've ALL been penalties AND red cards! What's your point? 5 minutes ago · Like Just quoting Neil Lennon that Celtic get nothing from Refs. 4 minutes ago · Like Tony We don't get as much as we should Tom, believe it or not! 2 minutes ago · Like
  3. Thought so but could not remember. I knew that was the case for the final.
  4. Is there extra time and pens or does it go to a replay?

Just saw Hanna tonight, a really good movie.
  6. Aluko did well considering he had 2 or 3 men on him everytime he got the ball.
  7. Not looking forward to this game at all. If we don't cut out the errors then it could be over before half time again.
  8. Pawlett did a Paton and lost possession.
  9. Another game we should have won, need to cut out the defensive errors and take out chance up front.
  10. From the Fox Soccer Channel twitter feed.... FOXSoccerTrax FOX Soccer Trax In Scotland, mighty Dundee United are down now 1-0 to Rangers.
  11. I hope there are no links out there that people can watch the game on.
  12. I agree he has been very carefull in is interviews. When asked if he will be staying at Rangers or if he wants to he says, At the moment all he knows is he will be an Aberdeen player next season. And while admitting he has enjoyed his time at Rangers playing in big European games he has never said he the famous it is the only team I wanted to play for line or that he is desperate to stay.

Just saw the Lincoln Lawyer. Was really good.
  14. I agree why fight to keep him.
  15. Madbad are you mad they support another team or being a bigot is it because they support a Glasgow team?
  16. Point Taken, no I would not.
  17. I remember years ago being at a supporters club function some sort of quiz for a testimonial and some players were there, we ended up watching the League cup final after the quiz and Joe Miller was wasted and was in the car park singing Celtic Songs, while Eion Jess tried to shut him up and throw him in the back of his car. The way I see it is that it is no different to me driving to my work at a Subaru dealer in a Mazda. If I was playing for another team and had a day off I would be away supporting the Dons.
  18. It's a conspiracy, Even the goalpost is against Celtic. GIRUY Lennon
  19. I was at both games but was only 6 and cannot really remember anything about it.
  20. Maybe someone at the game can confirm this but I cannot really remember him being mentioned yesterday in commentary. Sounded like he hardly touched the ball.
  21. I still say there are other area's of the team that need work before we think about replacing langfield. He has saved us on a number of occasions this and previous seasons. Ok when he makes a howler it is a huge one, but there are other players making mistakes that are just as bad but because they are not the last line of defence they are not put in the spotlight. I don't think Jamie is any worse than most of the other SPL keepers outside the old firm.
  22. If we had sold him 3 or 4 years ago, we would have been on here bitching about Milne and Calderwood not doing enough to keep our star players.
  23. Bristol Rovers went down by a single goal at the Memorial Stadium this evening. A defensive mix up gifted the visitors the only goal of the game when Conrad Logan's clearance hit Jerel Ifil and fell into the path of Kayode Odejayi, who slotted the ball home.
  24. part time supporter.
