I have been hearing that for almost a year now CTS. Things are not getting any better and we are better to make any changes now rather than when it is too late. I don't know who we would get in but as someone else said the board should have been making a list of possibilities. I believe Mcghee is out of his depth. And his no fullbacks and 7 or 8 strikers, chopping and changing the goalkeeper every couple of weeks, having a go at players in public, all show this. If a goalkeeper makes mistakes week in week out then you change them but you don't flip flop every couple of weeks especially with the shambles of a defence like we have. We have lost to Rangers at Pittodrie for the 1st time in 2006 after being 2-0 up and now lost for the 1st time in Inverness. Mcghee is certainly breaking all the wrong records during his reign.

Not knee jerk at all. I said last season he was out of his depth but was told by many Mcghee supporters to wait until he got his own players in. I was almost ready to admit I was wrong after a good start to the season but now it is getting as bad as last season. He has his own players in and they are still fucking up.

Said on the BBC website he was playing in Hartley's position. I only saw the 1st half and was doing other things while it was on so was not really paying attention to formation and positions.
