  1. On the positive side, they are "free from litigation". https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cx2lyz51nlxo Until the tribunal at any rate.
  2. Given the regularity with which Hibs Hibs'it and Hearts Hearts'it, even when playing each other, do we need some kind of collective term for Edinburgh teams - Reekin'it maybe?
  3. Probably less than 80, they'll gain points after the split due to the easier games in the bottom six.
  4. Just needed a firmware update: 10 RUN 20 IF DistanceToByline<1m THEN Cross 30 GOTO 10
  5. We welcome the chase.
  6. Right, there's far too much giddy positivity flying about at the moment, this isn't like us - our forebears must be rustling in their graves at the heights of unfettered hyperbole being voiced just because we are not currently bottom of the league. So to get us back to our roots, here are our current achievements properly grounded in Aberdonian pragmatism. Some key milestones so far: Wins: we've secured enough wins to avoid beating the all-time record for fewest in a season (7 wins, 1916-17). So just joint holders for now. Points: In a similar vein, we've successfully dodged the tag of worst points total ever (21 points, 1904-5, 1916-17). Some way to go for the comparable 3points-a-win season record though (34 points, 2003-4), so don't get too carried away. Managers (league wins): Jimmy Thelin (7 in 8 ) is officially better than Neil Warnock (0 in 6), and is steadily closing in on such managerial behemoths as Stephen Glass (9 in 29), Alex Miller (10 in 38). and Jim Goodwin (11 in 35). So well done Aberdeen... for now.
  7. Matchday of the Dead
  8. If Jamie is reading this... siiiiiiiiiiiiiigggggggggggnnnnnnnnnn
  9. Dear BBC, the reports of our death are greatly exaggerated.
  10. this FUCKING game. Unbelievable. A draw has never felt so much like a win.
  11. this
  12. this game
  13. this game, man
  14. Don;t worry, Celtic have asked for 10 minutes of stoppage time
  15. OK, so what do I know
  16. Duktime. On for Clarkson. Oh, and Sokler for Nisbet, which is a little surprising.
  17. BBC commentary have called the game after 45 minutes, we can all go home now.
  18. that or the medication
  19. On the plus side for Hearts fans, if that QPR stat is anything to go by they've still got 6 wins to look forward to.
  20. I'd like to say McGinn (still technically playing), but he'd have trouble shifting Maddison or Christie. Ryan Fraser?
  21. Positive, but it'll be nothing compared to how many we take to the final.
  22. Close enough.
  23. Scene set for Duk to score the 97th minute winner and complete the most unlikely of redemption arcs.
  24. Wins a penalty. Takes the penalty. Misses the penalty.
  25. Double nutmeg for the goal. You don't see that often.
