  1. Waiting for all the tabloids to start pushing McInnes as the "nailed on"candidate again, just in time for the Sevco game.
  2. Meanwhile, off the pitch, we've signed the managing director of the Powerboat P1 World Championship as our new commercial director, and told him to get our revenues up to ÂŁ20million. https://www.afc.co.uk/2018/01/22/afc-strengthens-off-pitch-operations/
  3. Naismith loan deal to Hearts now confirmed. Definitely didn't see that one coming. Also, the fact that he is on ÂŁ50K a week is just insane - Norwich are still paying 40K and Naismith is allegedly covering some of the remaining 10K himself. Hearts must still be shelling out 5-8K on him though. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42717283
  4. It would appear my cousin wasn’t speaking shite. Half a million is aright, at least he wouldn’t be going to sevco and there’s no way we’d have got that from them. Win win imo I wouldn't rule out the possibility that your post about your cousin is the source for the Sun's scoop
  5. We were assured we would get a work permit if we just sent Wiggy's full bank details first. Not heard anything back yet.
  6. Just as long as he's not the Nigerian Uchechi
  7. It's 15 points deduction + 5 points the following season for 1st insolvency, 25 points + 15 Points the following season for 2nd insolvency within 5 years. If they go bust this season it will be the latter, next season will AFAIK be a 6 year gap so the former. Neither is likely to relegate them. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/32436839
  8. Excellent news, this season has shown pretty clearly how important McGinn and Hayes were to the team.
  9. Almost half of our first team out, I fear the worst. Here's hoping a water-walking GMS scores 1 more than they do and we win 6-5.
  10. according to the radio Lewis Ball Reynolds Arnie Consi Shinnie OConnor Stewart Maclean GMS Rooney no May, Mckenna, Logan due to injury, no Christie due to gamesmanship
  11. McInnes on radio now saying both McKenna and Logan are out injured, hence Reynolds and Ball. Hardly his fault. However, I think it does make a win vastly more difficult.
  12. Makes it all the sweeter if we bust his "target" today at the first hurdle.
  13. You were workin' as a winger with a Korean ba' When we last saw you We'll pick you out, shake you up and turn you around Turn you into someone new As one year later on your club's seen 20 defeats Success has nae been easy for you But don't forget, it's us who got you where you are now And we can get your career back too Don't, Gwangju want you? You know I can't believe it when I hear that they won't play you Don't, Gwangju want you? You know I don't believe it when you say that they don't need you It's nae too late to find You think you've changed your mind You'd better speak tae Deek or we will both be sorry Dons still want you, baby etc I'll get ma coat
  14. Cullen skink, always a winner
  15. I'd agree with you on the other thread that I wish it had been the Dons to burst their bubble, but I'll settle for us providing the third humiliation in an inexorable downward spiral for them
  16. Ah i see Had to go on thon Faceache thingy to get this address, I feel affa dirty now.
  17. Apologies if I've missed the thread for this, or it should be OT, but fit happened to the forum?
  18. Thank fuck. I never want to hear the word "invincibles" uttered ever again.
  19. Thanks for illustrating why it's pointless taking any of your numerous inane paranoid ramblings seriously. That sounds a pretty fair assessment Rico.
  20. Not convinced Shaughnessy is that great tbh, he just seems to have halted the gradual stagnation of his career and settled on being a middling SPL defender. We were pretty stingy on giving him game time, but he must have had enough chances in training and loans to shine. After all, McKenna has come through with much the same exposure.
  21. Equally, I'm sure some rocket will pop up to claim that gulfs in spending power are meaningless and they just didn't want it enough.
  22. Deek not exactly sounding like a man trying to put himself in the shop window at the Well presser: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42014693
  23. I think you can safely miss out the word "presumably"
  24. Maybe the whole of the last two years was a tactical defeat so they can concentrate on winning league 2.
  25. Sevco admit to having not actually spoken to anyone, and are still waiting for someone who actually wants the job to contact them. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41949360
