  1. So basically your argument is that you ignore what you have been shown - the official statement from the Gretna Supporter's Society, the actual founders of Gretna 2008, stating in black and white they are not associated with the previous club - and insist you know better than them or anyone else. Incidentally, only you have mentioned Rangers. Bud.
  2. Alright, how about this. I'm going to give you one example of why you are speaking shite, and then i want you to give me one example of why you are not. I'll go first. http://www.gretnasupporterssociety.co.uk/ Your turn.
  3. Aye, sounded alright on the radio
  4. Ooft, why does a win make me nervous?
  5. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS
  6. just started listening. Can i just say YAAAAAAAAAS! (for the 1st goal)
  7. Gretna FC very clearly ceased to be, to the extent that the new club is officially called Gretna FC 2008 to avoid any confusion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gretna_F.C._2008 Also, from your list, Wimbledon doesn't exist any more either - AFC Wimbledon are a different club. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AFC_Wimbledon The there's Airdrieonians, who are not a continuation of the old, dead, Airdrieonians, but who started life as Airdrie Utd. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airdrieonians_F.C. You really dinnae do yerself any favours min.
  8. Neil Doncaster invites fans to air views on SPFL's handling of EBT issue
  9. Are Hearts still about? I'd forgotten about them. What division are they in now?
  10. Are RedTV covering this? I'll be out and about but armed with an ayePad
  11. Hemmin, thought you said you were a lawyer? Even though the old club, sorry, company is dead, the decision was appealed by HMRC mainly for three reasons: a) To set legal precedent b) To assure creditor status on the approx. £30 million being held in escrow by BDO, the liquidators of Rangers. 3) To gain authority to force repayment of loans and/or taxes by employees that benefitted from the EBTs.
  12. Storie already spent the second half of last season on loan to St Mirren, and didnt exactly set the Buckfast alight.
  13. I might wear my red y-fronts for the same reason
  14. Tic held to goalless draw by Rosenberg at TicPark - by all accounts Rosenberg should have won.
  15. Nae problem, if Barrie "£6million" McKay went for £500k then that should mean we get McGinn for about £415K.
  16. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/vergleich/spielervergleich/statistik/def/spieler/68321&52380 edit: thats total stats compared, just seen you were after last seasons - hae a fiddle wi it
  17. I'm amazed Storie is still here, tbh. Stockley i'd imagine we'd keep, but Storey's days certainly looked numbered at the end of last season.
  18. I'd imagine the main reason such a thing would fail is that, as much as Scottish football is enjoyed by thousands, the administration of it is a long way down the list of real world problems for most folk (myself included). Not dissing the efforts to address problems nor am i saying there are no problems there, just pointing out the vast majority of folk won't give up their Saturday fitba just to make a political point about what is basically a hobby. That's potentially more viable, ironically because we are so shite that it would be easier to persuade folk
  19. Oot Work Sofa Oot 3-1 Aberdeen would do me fine, doubt we'll keep a clean sheet. However suspect a dodgy 2-1. Stewart, Christie, Arnason.
  20. Have to applaud this rather surprising response to the Green Brigade thing from Brendan Rogers - he's basically told the fans to shove their politics up their airse http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/teams/celtic/brendan-rodgers-tells-green-brigade-leave-politics-out-of-celtic-park-1-4513608
  21. Good luck wi that, given that Sevco's managing director has just replaced Lawell on the SPFL board http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40706586
  22. Did read somewhere that is what HMRC are doing. Thought Ferguson was the first to feel the bite, but aye, it might be the other bits of tax-dodging he seems to be involved with, taxman is definitely hammering him though
