Does anyone actually remember to drink a pint of water before going to bed after a night out? It can kill of your hangover before it even starts. Watched that film by Michael Moore - 'where to invade next' . He visits school kids in their canteen in France where they sit round the table with a big jug of water to share at lunch. He tries to tempt them with a can of coke but they aint fussed, they obviously enjoy there water. Couldn't see the same happening in this country unfortunately.

Yes I was advised to drink more water through the day. I work long hours and was getting extremely tired when home from work. Started making sure I drink at least 2 litres of water a day and it does make a noticeable difference. Certainly a bit more spring in my step and not near so tired at home. Water eh? Who'd of thought it

Would love a dog but staying in a flat with no garden and being away at work for 13 hours a day, it just wouldn't be fair. My family have always had Alsatians and after my mums latest one passed away at the start of the year I convinced her to get another pup. Love going down to Edinburgh to see how her newest addition Sherpa is getting on......

Aye good documentary that and yes I wid to. That detective in charge boy was a funny character like, there didn't seem to be much of a thorough investigation. Thon James Mclean is a grade A cunt. It's one thing sticking to your beliefs but to back them up in such a public manner (Turning away for national anthem, refusal to wear a poppy etc) is just childish. He's a Joey Barton type who thrives off the attention.

Malaga, see when you upload the photo you want to use on to tinypics, don't copy the option for message boards, copy the one that says direct link for layout then paste it. Mine worked by doing that. Does that make sense?

Are you sure all those photos are definitely her? Or is she in to the crack? Real bonnie in the last pic and then morphs in to some camilla parker-bowles/katie hopkins hybrid. A 7 pinter i'd say.
