Another good gesture from the club. Up to 6860 now so a good chance we'll break 7000 before Saturday. A decent total considering how bad we have been for too many seasons.

Jason Brown needs to look at moving on if he isn't going to be number 1. Ironic that he was called up for Wales so soon after being dropped but he will lose that position if he isn't playing. Langfield had no option really but to apologise for his blunder. The abuse he got was somewhat over the top although I didn't see any of the more vile stuff. Folk who dished it out and then changed their tune after he apologised are way too gullible though. Brown should be in goals next week now. If/when he fucks up then give Langfield another chance. Neither of these should be our long term keeper but Langfield should have been gone a long time ago.

Athletics last night was amazing to watch. Team GB being knocked out on pens soon after was the icing on the cake of a great day. Perhaps I need to get out more but a really entertaining Saturday night.

Yeah I agree that Japan did deserve the silver and certainly added a bit of excitement to it all. Basketball was really good, an exciting game. Just started watching the swimming, first I've watched today though.

The GB male gymnnastics team did superbly to get a bronze today. I have to say i'm enjoying watching the games a lot more than I thought I would.

Agreed. They even gave me the early bird price when I renewed yesterday, which I thought was really good of them. I previously told them I was only renewing if we voted no to newco and the huns were in Division 3. Hopefully they will see a boost to the numbers after payday when others who vowed the same stick to their word.

It was disturbing how many different folk had this book by the pool on holiday. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw a ginger guy reading it. I opted for downloading to my kindle rather than buying the books thankfully.

I think I would probably go for it as well since I buy the Dons top anyway.

I am also holding off to see what happens. I think the free under 12 season tickets is great, possibly a couple of seasons too late though when I think how many folk have given up on them altogether.
