  1. That's a bit harsh. The team lacks creativity. So for me it's a good signing as he can beat defenders and create chances, unlike Hayes, McGinn and Kennedy at the moment.
  2. Declan Gallagher to Celtic.
  3. Good signing for St Mirren.
  4. This is shaping up to be the worst season in the history of Scottish football. I won’t watch the game, I can’t abide the new huns.
  5. Brophy is a very good striker, I’d be delighted to see us sign him.
  6. Who cares about that, no self respecting Aberdeen supporter should be watching that nonsense. The criminal boy at Livvy is doing a great job.
  7. What a tinpot club, no excuse for that, it's been freezing for days.
  8. Lucky to be 2-1 up
  9. The two on Red TV saying the huns beating Hibs is not the worst result for Aberdeen. What planet are they on when the huns winning any game is good? Idiots.
  10. Main and Cosgrove together again despite it not working against Motherwell in the 2nd half.
  11. Every time Cosgrove is on the pitch, we are rubbish. Surely the manager can spot this? His goal against Killie papered over this obvious flaw. Hayes also could not beat the first man with a cross. Also seen a sight rarer than hen's teeth, Hedges taking a shot with his right foot. I can see why he just uses it for standing on, shocking effort.
  12. Well if you were an alien, and landed on planet earth, and were told we play when the grass doesn’t grow, and have a break when it does, you would think it absurd. The wrong way round. The obsession with winter football in Scotland is complete madness. It’s designed to accommodate summer holidays for already pampered footballers. I don’t think climate change makes any difference. The grass does not grow in winter. The answer is obvious.
  13. Killie's pitch looks terrible if you attend a game there and see it close up. However, we seem to play well on it, which supports the view that we train too often on artificial surfaces. Summer football is the way ahead for Scotland. These plastic surfaces should be banned in the top league.
  14. Sounds like we've found the reason for all the injuries then.
  15. Could just be the dreadful carpet that passes for a pitch at Kilmarnock. I thought the likes of Hoban with previous serious injuries was not meant to play on these surfaces.
  16. Can't believe they gave it to Hughes. Kettlewell comes across as incredibly thick in his interviews, but Hughes tops him in that department. Fully deserve relegation now.
  17. It might seem harsh on Hedges but to me he could push on and be a real star. His contribution is good, but it could be stellar if he became more two footed. I’m wary of being overly critical but it keeps happening that he is using his wrong foot.
  18. Yes you’re maybe correct about left footers. Robertson did it against Serbia. Its such an obvious flaw that Hedges should be working on it every day in training. He can’t surely be that bad with his right foot so it seems more of a psychological issue. He had to change his body shape to hit it with his left after the Cosgrove chance so clearly he considers his left to be his only useful foot. It would be easy for a decent coach to remedy that. It’s costing us too many times. You’re right in that his goal was on target but it was never going in the net until the deflection helped him massively. The rules say it’s his goal but to me that’s a clear own goal.
  19. I'm also counting the one against Celtic in the semi final. If he could or would use his right foot he'd score a lot more. I'm not being harsh, more frustrated that he gets into good positions and constantly tries to switch on to his stronger foot, this is something a primary school footballer would do. His goal was also a total fluke and probably an own goal IMO.
  20. The keeper emerges a hero even though he had a shocking game. Lennon is cluelessness personified.
  21. He also missed an open goal when the red card happened. He has no composure in scoring positions.
  22. Jammy Celtic bastards
  23. Hearts doing to Celtic what Aberdeen couldn’t. Christie should be red carded for that.
  24. Hedges once again tries to use his left foot when he had an open goal if he used his right foot, after Rogers saves Cosgrove’s effort. This is unacceptable for a top level footballer and should have been coached out of him long before now.
  25. Lucky goal but will take it. Killie are rubbish.
