that's good news.
Regardless of what the 'I hate Jimmy brigade' think, the team HAVE progressed since they arrived, and IF things improve I welcome it. It's the club I support and not the man. I personally don't like him, but he's doing a good job so I'm big enough to put that aside.
Eddie Thomson is right.
I get connsiderably less than 4k a week and if I put in the same amount of effort miller does, I have no doubt in my mind I would be phoning agencies Monday morning.
instead of baited breath (bated by the way) just hold it long enough to pass away, as clearly the world is a better place without idiotic rants like that^^
with the meagre and very variable finances available to afc year on year, it's not possible to sign a player up for a contract that will run 5 years into the future. A dismal cup run, and low league finish may mean that the club has to rely on increasing debt to get by, not an attractive solution.
whats all this pish about heart in it, wanting to go elsewhere for more money
well, duh, they are doing a job, nothing more, nothing less. You committed to your company so much that you won't go else where for a bigger pay cheque. Get Real.
so what if he did. he is allowed to have an opinion and allowed to voice it. If he had acted upon his words, then that would not have been allowed.
It's no worse than someone who works for BP saying "I hate Mr X that works for Shell, I'm going to get him later".
to is benefit, all he did was laugh when that happened.
Nothing more humiliating to someone then when they go to have a go at you, you just laugh in their face at their efforts.
"miller and mcLeish beat rangurs by themselves"
great quote, and great reality check for the players.
Seems like Jimmy's arse booting has had the desired effect on Lee, he's been a LOT better of late.
