Apparently there are rules against this type of Banner and the Police are meant to be questioning the leader of the liege 'Ultras'. Story is they sent a jpg of a different banner to the club for approval then turned up with this one.

Question is could it be classed as a death threat? I'm personally not OK with a banner that depicts the decapitation of an opposition player even if it is by an over-milked 80s slasher franchise villain but that's just me.
