  1. Interesting that the Frenchies will get to play friendlies against the group of 5. Wonder how many fans will turn up to watch those games and how many managers will risk playing their first team squads?
  2. Seem to recall Traynor laying into the blue meanies on the BBC only to suddenly quit and take a job with them. If English has done the equivalent then you do have to start asking questions
  3. Carnoustie Hotel now a shareholder perhaps?
  4. 'Lying in a bath filled with yer mum's blood, shit, piss & vomit'
  5. I wonder how much BDO are charging?
  6. I'd like to think its part of a pattern win 4 - lose 1 December - Beat Partick, St Johnstone, St Mirren & Caley. Lost to Motherwell December/ January - Beat County, Arabs, Killie & Hibs. Lost to Caley If that pattern continues January/ February = Beat Motherwell, St Johnstone, Celtic & St Mirren. Lose to Partick
  7. Blind beach volley ball in the snow?
  8. Lennon playing down link with Norwich. hmmm
  9. Skip forward to 9mins for Steve Kabba's equaliser
  10. Alba bizarrely decided to change their schedule at 1729 to some Gaelic drama about mountain climbing. I went all day avoiding the score so I could watch it. Small mercies i suppose
  11. 44 goals in 104 games for Caley (1 in 2.36) 4 in 18 for Birmingham (1 in 4.5) 9 in 29 for Swindon (1 in 3.2) 4 in 22 for Oldham (1 in 5.5) Vernon's average for us is apparently 1 in 4.5 but how much of that is down to service?
  12. Caley's record since Hughes took over isn't that great Played - 7 Won - 1 (Hearts) Drawn - 3 (Arabs, Partick, St Mirren) Lost - 3 (Dons, Celtic, County) Goals for - 7 (Failed to score in 3 games) Goals against - 8 Under Butcher Played - 13 Won - 9 Drawn - 1 Lost - 3 Goals for - 21 Goals against - 12 Under Malpas Played - 3 Won-3 Goals for - 7 Goals against - 0 But I digress In/Oot - Oot Prematch - 5s then work match - Maybe sportsound or score blackout and watch it on Alba Post Match - Not much Prediction - 1-1 (Anderson)
  13. Im still in with a chance!
  14. Signed a 2 year contract extension with Caley last March Seriously doubt we have/ would be prepared to pay what Thistle have him valued at
  15. I am enjoying the fact the boy was one of Green's cronies and was allowed to buy the shares at 1p each when the official launch price was 70p. He spent £22k and walked away with more than £500k, Wonder how many other '1p a share' people will be selling up over the next couple of weeks?
  16. Saints have apparently sold out their initial allocation and are now waiting for Main Stand tickets to arrive. One of their message-board mods posted that the AFC official site announced an additional 1200 tickets had been released for the Dons fans but I can't find anything? Typically the event that stopped me from ordering a ticket through the Glasgow Reds has now been cancelled
  17. Perhaps it may go something like this 'Right Dave yer former team don't want ya, Crystal Palace don't want ya and now Blackburn don't want ya.' If you want to save yer career and not end up in the Scottish championship or lower you need to buck up yer ideas quick. We have you till the end of the season so that's 16 games to show everyone what you are meant to be capable of'
  18. Dear fuck they've made a new series of 'Birds of a feather' :hammer:
  19. Have a scan over the attendances during Ferguson's time 11-14000 is about average in my lifetime. But a crack at answering your query (assumptions based on TV pics and KO time) 2000 empty seats in the away end? Merkland half fulll (2000 empty seats) (weird that the merkland actually holds more than the the equivalent stands at hearts & hibs) Main Stand half full (1800 empty seats) Upper tier rds less than half full along with random empty seats in south stand and segregation?
  20. From £2million to 'any takers folks?' in the space of 3.5 years. Was he ever actually worth that or did Hibs manage to shaft the blue meanies who in turn shafted the Boro?
  21. Soooooo is Allaryce in the dole queue tomorrow? Or is it perhaps too expensive to pay off his contract (£3.54million apparently and signed up till the end of next season during the summer)
  22. Depends if Saints shift their 5000 allocation. (They only get 1604 seats in the main as opposed to the dons 1778)Seems there are also 1829 seats taken up either by corporate/sponsors etc or have been ear marked as segregation points. and in lighter newshttp://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/sport/football/the-dons/dons-fans-urged-not-to-buy-semi-final-tickets-in-st-johnstone-end-1.173478
