They have a pyramid league system with regionalised divisions once you drop down to the 3rd tier and beyond. But no. Very few developers with money available or who can actually get credit from the bank which doesnt have Wonga.com interest rates and they are either snapping up smaller sites in nicer areas or know fine well the ball is in their court when negotiating a sale price. A site like this outside of London isnt going to shift for the price the club wants/needs By my reckoning the stadium move wont happen till 2018 at the earliest, if it ever happens at all.
