  1. It is embarrassing to know Reagan and co are only the latest of a long line of fuckwits in charge of the game who have no creativity or vision.
  2. Seems apparent that Spartans and cove Rangers would apply to join the league should ibrox fc get the complete boot. However one of the many problems (as I see it anyway) with Scottish football is too many clubs close to each other. Does Aberdeen really need another league club? Given how successful Meadowbank thistle were does Edinburgh really need a 3rd league club? If it is to be a highland league club I would be rather see someone like Brora Rangers, Wick Academy, Fort William just to space the game out. Wishful thinking I know especially given the road and public transport infrastructure to reach these places not to mention the extreme weather but imagine an away trip to Wick? Perhaps the best option would be to actually fly there
  3. sooooo 2009 you sell your old stadium to a supermarket clearing all your debts. Said Supermarket also pays for your new stadium 2012 3 years down the line and you could collapse because one football team wont visit your ground. what the fuck were their board playing at?
  4. Hes someone who seems to be thinking South Africa is the place to be for football.
  5. The big word in the old St Mirren statement is COULD When I start hearing 'would' or 'will' then I will take notice either way by the end of the month the SPL will either still be welcome in my house or a Glasgow branch of the Guernsey FC supporters club will be established. See the Weir has just quit the SPL board.
  6. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18658805 Ive got a bad feeling that in a few years time people will be talking of 'The Lafferty Ruling' Would the SFA really still have the brass neck to mess about with FIFA?
  7. Nothings been agreed yet. Tad premature dont you think? You gonna ask for it back if Ibrox organisation is consigned to the history books?
  8. Robbie Williams playing the millenium stadium then?
  9. Id say we are about as close to the wall as every other team in the SPL (apart from St Johnstone and St Mirren...for now)
  10. They'd have to buy it from the Glasgow City Council first. Perhaps they will end up 1/4 a mile away at
  11. Broadwood stadium would appear to be up for grabs. North Lanarkshire council were going to kick Clyde out a while back
  12. Ill probably boycott kilmarnock regardless of how they vote. Horrible place and a shite day out even if we win (still not worked out how that can be possible) Either way I doubt the halving of average away attendances from anyone outside the old firm would see their board shitting themselves.
  13. Clubs voting yes and the authorities bending over backwards to save them only goes to clarify the fuckwits in charge still see Scottish football as 'the big time' ergo in the same league as Primera, Bundesliga, Premiership, Serie A etc. Meanwhile across the North sea in Denmark, a country with a similar population but since the mid 80s they have managed to produce national teams that have qualified for 11 of the last 15 major international tournaments and actually won one of them. Since they formed their 'superliga' back in 1991 the have had 7 different champions and it would appear they are not obessesed with pandering to the Big Copehagen two. They have a pyramid league system with regionalised divisions once you drop down to the 3rd tier and beyond. But no. Rangers and celtic are up there with Barcelona, Bayern Munich, man Utd etc so we must make sure they stay there otherwise we might have to face reality and do our jobs properly

    Films

Men in Black 3 (in 2D) was alrite for a fiver. Not really sure why they needed to bother with a 3D version but I think that about almost every 'blockbuster' these days With regards to prometheus surely the logical step is to bring James Cameron back for the following prequel
  15. Been up for ages I first clocked it when i ran past on the day of the Killie administration game
  16. Just to Clarify That isn't photo-shopped
  17. Stops the tabloids etc getting it into their first editions? Some sort of legal clearance comes through when the clock strikes 12?
  18. Dont think the level has been agreed and I doubt even D & P would be stupid enough to take that to the tax man Anyway surelyt he ticketus deal was torn up. Green said so
  19. Would hope that would clarify the reason for Mr McCurry's 'If i have given a penalty I would have had to send Barry Ferguson off' comment
  20. Lets see now QC hourly rate is about £1000 per hour is it not? £3000 if they are top of the game Will the fighting fund last long enough for them to get a court date?
  21. Couple of classics from Ronnie Whelan
