  1. Halftime Blackburn 1-2 Arsenal 15mins to go - currently Blackburn 4-2 Arsenal
  2. Interesting to see is salmond does anything based on the opinions of a cunt who only spends other peoples money feel free to halt your develpment mr trump so long as you can put the area back to the way it was before you started
  3. Fallon did score the goal that sent New Zealand to South Africa according to wikipedia he averages 1 goal every 5 games. Mackie must be looking over his shoulder
  4. That was in reference to willie miller though
  5. See 'The human rights act' See laws regarding working with, or supervising children see the various aspects of health & safety law See 'no win no fee' lawyers
  6. manc ive met some football fans from Poland, Germany, USA, Italy (I could do on) that didnt even know where the city of Aberdeen was let alone the fact we have a football team. You claimed the displays made a difference to the match day experience but your apparent evidence for this was the displays were seen on television and some people around the world happened to mention to you that they had seen them. The fact a TV audience got to see it makes no difference to the 10-21000 people who are inside the stadium. Ive not been to all the matches in which they have had a display but in those I have been the result was the same. Some people notice, some chose to ignore, some took photographs but soon as the whistle went they went back to supporting the team the same way they always had. After 10mins or so the morgue status had returned. It made as much difference as Reds & Co at halftime or playing music when a goal was scored. Perhaps the Copenhagen game was different but was that really down to the ultras or was it down to the players taking advantage of the Danes falling apart? A successful dons team running riot against allegedly superior opposition will do more for matchday atmopshere than any flag display. The only way these displays will ever make a difference to the matchday atmosphere is if an entire stand is populated by red ultras or other supporters who all want to take part. That would require the club to designate not just a singing section but an entire singing stand. If you dont have that, situations such as have already been mentioned when people have their views obstructed by flags and received abuse for having the gaul to request they stop waving them when the match kicked off.
  7. That doesnt make a difference to the matchday atmosphere because its a nice big display at the start it goes back to the usual flat atmosphere for the 88mins. If said displays happened every week no matter the opposition and lead to a wall of noise from the entire RDS for 90+ minutes, people bouncing around (similar to lech poznan fans) etc then yes you could claim it made a difference. As for people around the world 'Knowing' Aberdeen football club for our Ultras displays? Have a word with yourself man. If known at all around the world anymore it will most likely be as Alex Ferguson's old team.
  8. Did you move somewhere?
  9. So long as the gig has nothing to do with a BBC program or being recorded for a DVD then yes.
  10. Surely that must mean our co-efficient rockets to the point we get 3 champions league places and enough europa league places to make winning the league cup a bit more worthwhile No? Ah well there is still the matter of an appeal by Sion. Interesting that it is apparenlty FIFA that have forced UEFA into taking action. The fact they approved Sions player list for the last round is a big foot in the door for the swiss legal team

  12. Do a search for either skywalk, Skyjump or Bungee jump at Macau Tower, China CN tower has nothing on that

If you listen to mr Hicks you will note the trucker pronounces it that way
  14. Oh look another article in which someone from the club suggests 'hey things are getting better you know' we've scored 3 and conceided 8 in 6 games. If we lose at Easter Road a week on sunday we will be bottom and if results go against us there will be a 4 point gap between us and 10th I prefer everyone at the club just shut the fuck up until we were at least safe in mid table

Who said anything about hatred be it blind or 20:20? Are you implying that my (or anyone who has a similar opinions) dislike of, for example the smurfs film is based purely on the fact it is allegedly popular? Seems a tad 'we'll looks like we got ourselves a reader'.

I challenge you to find any self respecting parent that is happy that hollywood is so out of ideas they are now resorting to lazy CGI/ live action movies based on 80s cartoons? My dad still brings up the time he had to take my sister to see 'care bears the movie' or me to 'Battle of the Rocklords'. However bad those films were they were at least still hand drawn and took a bit of time. Lets see now what shall they do next? Huckleberry Hound and deputy dawg havent been done yet Tom & jerry must be due to some CGI treatment soon. Denver the last dinosaur? I wonder how long Oliver Postgates surviving family members will hold out before selling the rights to Ivor the engine, Noggin the nog, bagpuss & the Clangers to speilberg.

According to their website it is only being shown in 7 UK Odeon cinemas none of which are in scotland. Only playing in 3 of the 7 Scottish Cineworlds and only in 15 of their 78 UK & Ireland branches Only being shown in 10 Vue cinemas (just 1 of which is in Scotland) Meanwhile the fucking smurfs etc appear to be showing everywhere. Cinemas respond to supply and demand so it appears the masses want shite
  18. well thats 1 more than I predicted so im happy
  19. So was the treatment of the fans in the singing section on the opening day of the season not discussed? or has that since been resolved?
  20. Hillsborough report isnt the problem. Neither is the Taylor report really. The taylor report apparently states terracing can be safe so long as it is properly stewarded, ticketed etc. It is the governing bodies stance by just outlawing terracing in the top divisions. I dont really blame them as the SFA and co were hardly going to say 'fuck yas we are keeping terracing'. The media (and hysterical public at the time) would have crucified them claiming it was a slur on the dead fans or the SFA wanted people to die in scottish stadiums etc. Problem is now getting them to accept that terrible things happen due to the failings of men and people learn from mistakes.

It is very good (well I thought so) Refreshing that films like this are still being made but tragic that they dont get shown in all of the major cinemas I think there is way too much shite getting made at the moment. Of the trailers ive seen to date the only one i fancy is 'Troll hunter' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLEo7H9tqSM
  22. Ah yes but you see Dave in sports all bar one of the worlds worst stadium disasters have involved football (the other one was ancient rome so im presuming wolf, shadow and lighting were in action) Theres never been anything like that in a Rugby match so say 'can we stand at the rugger' and the authorities say no problem. What the authorities apparently wont even consider is apart from ellis park in 2001 these disasters happened in very old or poorly maintained stadiums. The ellis park one coincidentaly is very similar to hillsborough in that too many fans were allowed in. Being an all seated stadium does fuck all when 120,000 people force their way into a 60000 capacity ground. Personally I think the chances of standing returning to UK grounds will improve if the classified Hillsborough documents ever see the light of day.
  23. Ya just jinxed it If we lose tomorrow its all your fault. I hope yer happy!!!
  24. Hardly finding a loophole The Sion situation kicked off before the first leg match and Sion basiclay said 'fuck it we may as well play these guys'
