  1. Some jokers just been on yourcall saying about 25,000 dons fans are meant to be turning up on saturday. Ill believe that when i see it
  2. So we can assume that they are closing the East and West Stands and most of the South Stand then? At a guess our current allocation is 15000 max
  3. Drewsome min you got to start getting yer facts right Queens Park Queen of the South Id expect more from a man who was chatting with Jim Traynor at the weekend
  4. Ah well just goes to show that United cant win the league cup unless the final is played in Dundee
  5. ah to think I had the opportunity to go to this for free but chose to earn overtime in the office instead. Probably a wise move since I did give a little celebration when united scored and chances are id have been stationed in the rangers end
  6. Ah the sound of silence from rangers fans 'hmmm yes yes, your anguish sustains me'
  7. What Euro Spot? Must say tis very enjoyable to hear the loyal boys in blue giving smith and mccoist dogs abuse when United scored. Im leaning towards united because they are the underdogs and their victory in the semi final was mainly down to us playing like fannies ah well the fuckers just equalised. Sounds like a scott severin-esque pass back
  8. im not blaming the ref. We had 2 chances to hoof the ball into the celtic half and both times the defender kicked fresh air. Suddenly they got space and as soon as that ball was played in you knew it was a goal. My only hope was there would be a flag or a foul or something but no. Made me so sick I actually went into work for 3 hrs But at the same time they hit the woodwork so many times it should have been over long before jeff scored (and frankly id say that was one of the goals of the tournament) If the replay is on a tuesday then ill be going along but I cant see anything other than a hammering. That is unless we demand and fill our 10% (or is it 20%) allocation. Imagine the look on the celtic fans faces if between 6 and 12 thousand dons fans turned up.
  9. At 6ft 4 I was unable to physically sit down without turning at an angle to the empty seat next to me. Sheerluck that person couldnt make the game. Im not exaggerating either. As i went to sit down i dropped about 6in and my shins hit the top of the hardwood seat back infront of me. I fell back a bit and lowered myself about 2in further and my ass hit the back of my seat. I was wedged and my shins were screaming in pain. Had to actualy be hauled out by my mate as for this game 11am megabus out of glasgow. Arrive at 1325 and walk in the general direction of the stadium hopefully reaching one of the pubs in time to hand over money to the GUASC. and its the Jerry Kerr stand again
  10. 2-1 dons now if it stays this way the table will look like this G P W D L F A GD 1. Arab Contractors 2 3 1 0 1 3 2 1 2. El Alominiom 2 3 1 0 0 3 3 0 3. El Ittihad 2 3 1 0 1 3 3 0 4. Aberdeen 2 3 1 0 1 2 3 -1
  11. He did score a cracking goal against celtic 2 seasons back Thats about all I know of his aberdeen career
  12. Bastard! Ive got a 25mile mountain walk on the 17th and was looking forward to listening to the celtic game on the final leg. Just typical of them to move it to a sunday instead of a 1230 saturday kick off (like st mirren last season)
