  1. After Ronnie O'Sullivan became Snooker's Greatest Of All Time last night who is generally regarded as Number One Sportsperson overall in my lifetime????
  2. James Taylor from Made In Chelsea = Gary Mackay-Steven's twin!?!?
  3. What are your thoughts on what Frankie and Benny's are trialing with taking mobile's from parents so they interact more with their children and the kids as a result get their meal for free?? Must admit one of my pet hates is seeing a young mother or father on public transport glued to their phone while said child is craving their attention. Above video does fascinate me.
  4. Anybody else watch this show?? How were Mr Young and Dunfermline Athletic so successful in reaching four Cup Finals in three years?!?!
  5. Just seen something online that said last winner of Ballon D'or before Messi and Ronaldo dominated was Brazil's Kaka. When I first saw him play for AC M ilan in Champions League one instantly made him my new favourite foreign player ever!! I was gutted to see his talent goto waste after leaving San Siro. Anybody got a favourite player they were sad to see just lose everything they had going for them??
  6. I can't believe how gutting that loss to Stenhousemuir still is 23 years on.
  7. A little inspiration for everybody. Last time we were beat 3-0 away at Motherwell before a big game we went onto put FC Copenhagen in their place just five days later!!!!
  8. We seem to do this so much. Put all our errors into one match and get an absolute hammering. Seem incapable of coming from a couple of goals down unlike other teams. Even Dundee bottom of the league have come from 2-0 down at Easter Road. At least Hearts are getting beat and St.Johnstone, Kilmarnock and Hibernian all drawing.
  9. Think I'm falling in love regarding this gorgeous soul. Getting better with every passing album.
  10. Ten Caat, my local MP is a Conservative called John Lamont he won't be doing anything to help our cause one bit!!!
  11. After being told by the Department For Works And Pensions in November 2016 I wasn't going to be bothered again til at least November 2026 I find myself once again having to prove I'm disabled regarding yet more form filling. One is really scared being called for a face to face assessment because don't think anybody other than my GP and Neurologist Dr Connor actually accept there is a life long condition we are going through which might over time get worse. Already undertaking said Botox Injection programme in leg that does suffer from our condition Hemiplegia. A second Neurologist Dr Simpson is hoping it may stop things like arthritis arriving sooner. Guess their playing a waiting game before knowing if procedure will have any effect. Literally been walking on one's left toes 39 years now so overall health certainly compromised by this. See explaining brain injury following birth too. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!! Some female friend gave us such hassle when awarded Personal Independent Payment November 2016 and hasn't spoken to me since because I dared sticking up for myself. Even went ahead with complaining toward her boss at betting shop where reaction yours truly gave in light of aforementioned nastiness via lass!! Does anybody have an opinion on anything I've talked about?? Sick of justifying Mr Seymour's existence to people who just don't care whether they ruin Lee or not.

I had £15 on Manchester City beating Manchester United 3-1 at (9/1) so happy days. Lost a tenner on Sergio Aguero First Goal though. Twice in five years since my Mam has died that I've predicted correct for Citeh in Etihad derby. Had £10 in 2013 for us to win 4-1 at (50/1) so does show a difference to where the bookies have been with us to how they are now. Never again will I celebrate an 87th minute Wayne Rooney free-kick like we did that Sunday afternoon!!!!
  13. In all fairness Alan Tate won the League Cup with some really famous club called Aberdeen in 2014 and Giuseppe Rossi scored said winning goal at their ground Pittodrie three years earlier.
  14. How genuine is the outpouring from afar when disaster in football does occur?? I was having a discussion with my friend regarding one can sometime feel said overall reaction ain't fake persae but an incident like Leicester City tragedy will get forgotten about within two week because event hasn't happened to your own team. When Manchester City (do support them) lost Marc Vivien-Foe I'm not sure passing has ever been mentioned since. Personally speaking I've never cried so much aforementioned evening he passed away. Just over 15 year on now as well.
  15. Decided I'm not coming up Friday evening. Given the unpredictability of us at the moment I can't risk a poor performance knowing I'd have to stay over til lunchtime Saturday then endure three and a half hours on train home. Wanna publicly thank London North Eastern Railway for refunding our advance train ticket though. Maybe £46.20 ain't a massive amount but their understanding is so very much appreciated. Believe another factor where decision is based does stem from how boring Scottish League has become past 27 years. I've seen Aberdeen versus Hibernian enough during said lifetime!!! One will sadly require variety sooner rather than later.
  16. Just heard a Rangers fan call GMS...Gary Mackay-FREEZING!!!
  17. We didn't make the Final that year either which was my main reason for posting above stats!!!! Four Finals from eleven Cup campaigns ain't a bad return either. Anybody remember who our conquerors were?!?!
  18. I've also noticed in our four runs to a Cup Final under McInnes we've only conceded three goals. One against Ayr United and two versus Hibernian. Would anybody agree we've had a mixed bag in terms of the draw throughout said four campaigns? League Cup 2014 Round of 32: Alloa Athletic (H) 6-5 on penalties after a 0-0 draw. Last 16: Falkirk (A) 5-0. Quarter-Final: Motherwell (A) 2-0. Semi-Final: St.Johnstone (N) 4-0. League Cup 2016 Last 16: Ayr United (A) 2-1. Quarter-Final: St.Johnstone (H) 1-0. Semi-Final: Greenock Morton (N) 2-0. Scottish Cup 2017 Round of 32: Stranraer (H) 4-0. Last 16: Ross County (A) 1-0. Quarter-Final: Partick Thistle (H) 1-0. Semi-Final: Hibernian (N) 3-2. League Cup 2018 Last 16: St.Mirren (H) 4-0. Quarter-Final: Hibernian (A) 6-5 on penalties after a 0-0 draw. Semi-Final: Rangers (N) 1-0.
  19. I was looking back at the fourteen man squad which won 1995 League Cup and always think Paul Bernard underachieved throughout his whole career. However I will never forget his goal in 6-5 Fir Park thriller of 99'. He seemed to take FOREVER to put it away!!!!!! Any other underachieving players between 1991 and present day worth a mention??
  20. Not sure if folk know this but I've noticed a nice bit of symmetry with both my teams Aberdeen and Manchester City. Albeit Citeh probably have their financial clout to thank after so many barren years but us reaching our third League Cup Final after 2014 and 2016 has sort of mirrored blue side of city and their League Cup Final successes from 2014, 2016 and 2018.

Rocket, I must admit we do love a Both Teams To Score Coupon. Had two Europa League selection last night one for 6pm games and other 8pm matches £100 a go. FC Copenhagen let me down for £1,200 in early start but later effort came up after 87 minutes when Sarpsborg equalised at Home to Malmo. Also had FK Jabonlec 1 v 1 FC Astana, Rennes 1 v 2 Dynamo Kiev and Marseille 1 v 3 Lazio. Never do more than four ties. Netted me £1,002.27 like.
  22. Just seen the Joe Lewis interview after match at Tynecastle. I love it when a player says; "We'll learn from this experience................." Do a team ever really learn from their mistake?? I'm not sure they do.
  23. See I'm all sorted for Hibernian at Home on Friday 9th of November but am already talking myself out of three and a half hour train up that morning.
  24. Was I reading right or were Hearts charging £32 (£33 if you count booking fee) to attend tomorrow?? Don't think I've ever been asked to pay that much for a domestic match before.
  25. Big Al, he's neatly 22 years of age not a youngster anymore!!
