I reckon much of this is bluster aimed at keeping us, the support interested in turning up the rest of the season and particulary in folk renewing/new season ticket sales for next season. If they say in the press they are splahing the cash and it will be all very exciting and new and shiney, the support will be attracted to turning up to theis new shiney thing like magpies. Hopefully it wont be like flies to shit. Again.

Im an Aiberdonian and when I moved fown to Edinburgh 3 years ago now, (how time flies) I actually thought that there would not be much interest in AFC until I started speaking to Jute after the first game of that season. He duly invited me into the fold of Edinburgh based Aberdeen supporters (from the Globe) I was really, honestly surprised about the sheer amount of not just Edinburgh based support, but central bellt support in general. Like jmo, until I moved down I didnt know any AFC supporters from outside Aberdeen and certaintly didnt hear much about them. I do now of course.

I think Orlando you have hut the nail firmly on the head. All that bluster about playing in Europe being good for players development is all fine and well if you keep those players that are gaining that experience. Playing in Europe adds up to fek all if all that happens is that the inglish championship benefits.
