I remember in late '79 or '80 going to see Motorhead at The Capitol Next day still had this ringing noise in my lugs until late afternoon. Could be wrong but think Saxon might have been the support band that night. P.S Regarding the contrast, you're not wrong. Karen Carpenter had such a pure voice and was a beautiful vocalist
