  1. Out Golf Hopefully picking up a stream Home having a snooze 2-0 (Cosgrove & Ferguson)
  2. Massive rebuilding job ahead of McInnes this summer. Summary of today's rumblings from the tabloids McInnes about ready to give up on the attempt to get Shug on a pre contract As Slim says above we're after Main on freedom of contract (no thank you from me) Apparently we have offered Stewart a FOUR YEAR contract but he will be announced as a HUN in the next twenty four hours on a three year deal. Make of it all as you will
  3. Leaves with nothing but best wishes from my viewpoint. Was a step up for us when we got him back in the day but probably best for both parties.
  4. Definitely a player in there and loved his attitude, but can we really afford to take a chance on a player who has now done both knees. Shame really, but guess if he stayed fit he'd have been nowhere near us in the first place. https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/4052196/tommie-hoban-aberdeen-watford-transfer-news-derek-mcinnes-pittodrie/
  5. Agree with both of the above. Keep it going MBT
  6. There are no words available to me to sum this up: https://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/scotland/next-permanent-manager
  7. Part of me feels sorry for McLeish but he was never right for the position when he was given it. Heads should have rolled over the O'Neill fiasco. Patently McLeish was second choice (at best), the support never backed him and frankly he has proved he was never up to the position in the first place. Against that, if someone came along when you were out of work and offered you a nice little contract, then I would suggest all of us would take it. I have zero faith in those in the corridors of power to get this right with the next appointment. Who would want it ? Who would take it ? Who is available that is a reasonable option ? Fucked if I know, looks like another wait to qualify for a major tournament is on the cards and my apathy towards the national team will continue.

  10. Agreed
  11. Forget About You Airport Dancing The Night Away They were a pub rock/pop band and the "tinny" sound was deliberate Anyway, bit like the marmite
  12. Lyrically one of my favourite songs of all time, yet reckon very few of you will have ever heard it
  13. This should be one of the best known songs in the world. Just listen to the lyrics and the sheer power of the music. Power pop at it's ultimate best
  14. Another top tune
  15. Nope sure we've got another one against the footballing giants know as San Marino
  16. Mention Al Stewart and most folk insitinctively think of "Year Of The Cat" and whilst it is a great rack, personally I prefer this one from the Glaswegian
  17. Donna Summer - This Time I Know It's For Real
  18. Never watched a second of it, and thank fuck for that. The drunk should never have been appointed in the first place. We were never going to qualify, but by fuck this result is right up there Pay peanuts, get monkeys. To all those deluded enough to follow this shite, hell mend you
  19. Link anyone ?
  20. Agree with every part of what you've said TC Will be astounded however if McInnes drops Ferguson in favour of Campbell though Out Golf (weather dependant and not looking good down here ) Hopefully pick up a stream Pints @ Pub 3-1 (Cosgrove x 2 & McKenna)
  21. Can I stop watching yet ?
  22. Oh yes, we have ourselves a real life Hun on board. Bit like the good old days of The Man Who. Fun to be had by all
  23. He'll be hard pushed to TRUMP that one
