Good stuff Seebass. Sounds like young Christie is a level headed youngster and always pleased to hear of players taking the time out to chat to fans.
Hope you told him to make the move permanent as he'd be a welcome addition to the playing staff on a three year contract
Actually to answer my own question AEL Limassol are in competiton because they played the mob that beat Scotland's newest representatives and have been drawn away first leg as well if they get through meaning one of the games is going to either be switched or have a date change.
As things stand just now it would be the 3rd August, however any changes to dates, switches of venues etc will be announced by 6.30pm tonight.
Now I might be wrong here but I think one of the teams they ground share with is also in the competition
DD you and I are old school and fondly remember the good old days when abody just got chucked in the hat and drawn out...none of this seeding pish.
However we all know tv money dictates football nowadays and we ain't going back to the old days. It is the TV money that a tie against an EPL side in Europe throws up that this makes potentially a glamorous tie.
Softening your approach to Christie yet
IF and a big if, we get through then obviously thel owest ranked team would be probably be best option.
From glamour point of view then Everton it is please.
From drinking point of view then Sparta or Gent
Take it the draw is live on UEFA web site
