Agree with your analysis of Derek Ferguson. His ability to give a balanced report on a game of football certainly outweighs the likes of Bonner and Allan Preston on Sportsound. Might be worth a punt, certainly wouldn't think the development fee involved would be that large. As i said on Friday night i thought that Cosgrove grew into the game. He was unlucky not to score with that header in the second half. However too early to judge properly. Certainly a gamble signing him. Let's hope it is one that pays dividends. He is under contract until the summer of 2020.
