Welcome on board MDred.
You've hopefully realised by now that we're a pretty friendly bunch on here.
No real squabbles in the main, just good honest differences of opinion
Please feel free to indulge
Can honesty say I've never been in one of his restuarants.
Now it might well be the case that I have missed out on some wonderful cuisine.
I do however believe instead visiting smaller independently run Italian restaurants has been the wise choice.
Read The Balck House by Peter May (first in the series) when it was first published.
Got numerous positive reviews, but to be honest it just didn't grab me and haven't gone back to read the others in the series as a result.
Finally got around to reading the last Stuart McBride book, number ten in the Logan McRae series.
Two thirds through and got to say that this is the best one for sometime.
Only started reading it because I had read all nine others.
Pleased to say that McBride is back on form
Common occurrence just up the road from me in Irvine.
However more to my taste is the practice of young women going shopping with leggings on, nothing over them, nothing under them and the camel toe on display

Apologies for the source lads
This is a deal that appears to have worked for both parties.
Time to get a sneaky wee contract extension on the table for him
As far as I remember Bossu played two competitive games for AFC. Season 2008/09 I think it was and he played in two league cup games. First one was at Ayr Utd and we won 1-0 (Maguire) and then a horrendous 4-2 defeat at Kilmarnock with Connor Salmon scoring twice. Killie looked like scoring everything they got within twenty yards of our goal. Bossu was terrible and I still have nightmares of that game.
If as I think he only played two competitive games for us, then I had the misfortune to be at both of them.
