You'd be surprised Manc...... have been known to listen to 6Music a fair bit whilst working from home, but find it a bit hit or miss to be honest. Probably more inclined to listen to Radio Caroline as better idea of what I'm likely to get.

My sentiments also. Was just saying last night that I am losing interest in football with each passing week. Having regularily attended football for over forty five years, I seriously wonder if I'm reaching the stage where I could be lost to it. I really fear for the future, not only of Scottish football but football in general.

I'm not convinced that unfashionable teams like Reading, Southampton and prior to them others like Blackpool are ever going to make inroads. I merely think that your McDermotts of the world deserved to see the season through. I'd hazard a guess that Reading would have been most folks banker to get relegated anyway, so surely wouldn't have been a massive shock if they were.

Think the treatment of both McDermott and the ex Southampton manager typify what is wrong in football nowadays. Taken an unfashionable club into England's top divison and punted during the season. The goal for these guys was always going to be no lower than 17th position come end of the season. Should at least have been given the courtesy to see that through. Hope they get relegated now.
