  1. Copied from online Retard. Not really convinced this is where our priorities lie, but happy to trust in Mr Brown's judgement. Aberdeen boss Craig Brown hoping for reunion with Blackburn striker Nick Blackman in fresh loan deal Jan 5 2011 By David McCarthy CRAIG BROWN will learn today if he has succeeded in luring striker Nick Blackman from his former club Motherwell to Aberdeen. Blackburn's on-loan striker was a smash hit under Brown at Fir Park but that deal expired at the New Year and is unlikely to be reactivated. The 21-year-old scored 10 goals in 15 games for Motherwell but has failed to hit the net in the four matches since Brown left for Pittodrie. Brown has launched a bid to take Blackman to Aberdeen for the rest of the season and new Blackburn boss Steve Kean has sanctioned the move but left the final decision to the player. Blackman is now weighing up a reunion with Brown but may decide to take the option of going on loan to an English Championship side. Meanwhile, Serbian defender Nikola Vujadinovic's Dons loan spell at Aberdeen is set to be extended after Brown told chief executive Duncan Fraser he wanted the 24-year Udinese player to stay until the end of the season. Fraser is now negotiating with the Serie A club. Brown also hopes to add trialist Tony Capaldi before this weekend's Scottish Cup clash with East Fife. The Northern Ireland international was due to train with the Dons squad for the first time yesterday but won't play in tonight's closed-doors friendly against Peterhead at Balmoor.
  2. Think I read that he could be out for as few as the next two or three games only. Got a definite touch of class about him.
  3. Mizer, you've brought tears to my eyes with that. Oh the memories
  4. Tannadice, but only cause we always have a good bounce there. In terms of the facilities themselves it would be down near amongst the worst.
  5. As in keeping with several other it has to be Porkheid for all the reasons already listed, although if it were based purely on the level of hatred towards us their partners in crime on the other side of the Weeg would take the crown comfortably
  6. In/oot: Oot Prematcher: Golfing Match: Listening to game and decorating Postmatcher: Curry Hoose Prediction: Aberdeen 3 East Fife 0
  7. Stand by my original comment Niall A luxury we simply couldn't/can't afford

  11. Guess there are not too many of us that wouldn't have been happy with seven out of nine points at this time last week, but been a bit of a roller coaster ride
  12. Wasn't there, didn't hear commentary on the game so won't vote, but Bebo seems to the popular choice

  18. Exactly what I thought when I read opening post.
  19. Ach well if that was him playing shite, lets have more of it. Said it last night, I thought that he led the line, held the ball up frequently, and on more than one ocassion played through a perfect ball for "Mackie with Muscles"
  20. See you're posting now, so obviously worked ok
  21. Fyvie won't be in the first team at start of next season
  22. Forgot to say, whoever the Accies no:3 was, you are an irritating little prick and delighted you got your just desserts ending up on ther losing side today. Appeared as if his purpose on the park was to wind up Hartley at every opportunity and stood in front of ball at free kicks, moaned, nipped away etc etc
  23. First half in particular he held up the ball on a number of ocassions and released Magennis to run on in good position. Magennis on the other hand looked like Darren Mackie with muscles Bottom line regarding Vernon and the split of opinion.....he did exactly what was required off him when it mattered
