The old grey matter isn't completely fucked yet. Ramsay didn't play under McInnes for Aberdeen He made his debut as a sub in March 2021 when he came on a substitute. Hegarty was caretaker manager. He subsequently got his first start on the cup away to Dumbarton under the management of Stephen Glass.

I'll stand corrected if I am wrong but I don't think Ramsay played under McInnes at Aberdeen. Think he might have made his first top team appearance after McInnes was punted
