  1. I mind at the time we signed Maguire as a sixteen yr old, he was being touted as one of the hottest properties in Scottish football. Despite being of a Celtic mind he chose to come to us rather than them
  2. Take it this taken from EE. No real quote to confirm or deny from any party, and coming on the day Brewster goes public about Black's fall from favour at ICT. Is that shite I smell
  3. Extra swagger aboot toon this weekend fae Maguire then Seriously please to see the lad scoring, now only if he could just start doing it regularily for us
  4. On a serious note this is blatantly in breach of condition three of site useage 3. Don't post links or ask for links to download illegal copies of copyrighted works, including AFC footage, movies, books, software, mp3s, etc. Will leave it up to site admin to decide if it should or should not be removed

  13. just go and get bevvied at the Heathmount
  14. understandable really, played seventeen they have still to win...... and lost count of the number of times we have denied them a win or draw with a last few minutes equaliser or winner
  15. Afraid you can rule Maybury out of that.... it simply isn't going to happen
  16. Would have been better if it had been Tokely
  17. fecking hell, four goals in the first half, these games are historically tight and only ever really have one or two goals in them
  18. Hope I,m wrong but still think Maybury will make all the right noises about staying, but ultimately he'll move to a.n.other Championship side on £8/10k per week, more than double what we'll pay him. Agent will be working away in the background believe me
  19. [quote author=Mentorred link=topic=3308.msg41552#msg41552 date=1206568750 Should the Dons keep hold of Dave Bus beyond the summer? In a word NO

  24. As a testament to the band's popularity at the time, a US Gallup poll in 1984 saw Def Leppard voted in as favourite rock band over peers such as the Rolling Stones, AC/DC, and Journey. However, this popularity was not matched in their native England, a fact that greatly bothered them. US album sales were relatively slow (compared to Pyromania) until the fourth single, "Pour Some Sugar On Me". The song hit Number 2, and Hysteria finally reached the top of the US Album Charts in July 1988. In October, the power ballad "Love Bites" would become Def Leppard's first (and only) Number One single on the Billboard Hot 100, and in January 1989 the band scored another US Top 5 hit with "Armageddon It". Hysteria is one of only a handful of albums (and the third in rock history) that has charted seven singles or more on the US Hot 100: "Women" (#80), "Animal" (#19), "Hysteria" (#10), "Pour Some Sugar On Me" (#2), "Love Bites" (#1), "Armageddon It" (#3) and "Rocket" (#12). It remained on the charts for three years and has sold 18 million copies worldwide.
