  1. Portsoy born Eoin Jess with two spells at Pittodrie, 18 starts and 2 goals for Scotland, has spent a large spell of his career in England with Coventry, Nottingham Forest and Northampton Town. Shearer has confirmed tonight his old frontline pal is settled back at the City Ground as a Youth Team Coach, scotching rumours of a possible dream return to the North East and Highland League football
  2. Far too much optimism in that post for some of our doom and gloom merchants
  3. Just started one that i was given as a Xmas pressie, Mad, Bad & Dangerous To Know by Ranulph Fiennes, Bit early to pass comment, but somehow suspect it ain't going to be dull
  4. I ken I put myself in the firing line with my comments about Nicholson being a certainty to sign on again, and whilst still beleive that will be the case, nae sure why it has all gone quiet on this front. Honestly beleived he would have put his scrawl on the dotted line by now
  5. Ryan Stevenson Lapira Cannae see it being any more exciting than that
  6. TF, he's nae actually that clever
  7. Good to see JC is taking my advice Aberdeen have warned Preston time is running out if they want to sign Michael Hart this month. The Dons won't back down over their asking price, believed to be around £100,000. Preston agreed the fee last week, but now want it cut because they claim the 27-year-old might be out for up to 12 weeks because of a hip injury. But Dons boss Jimmy Calderwood has warned Preston he will pull the plug on the deal if they don't stump up the cash by Wednesday. Calderwood said: "Preston have been told to make a decision within the next couple of days or Michael will be staying with us. "There will be no point in them hanging on until Thursday in the hope that we will change our minds because the transfer window is about to close. "We've made our decision, now it's up to them." Calderwood also hopes to make at least one more signing by Thursday, regardless of what happens with Hart.
  8. Personally thought Miller took a doing off Berra etc yeaterday, and had to laugh at the Jambo who took the time out to phone in to Trainors show and complain about Millers "diving" and how we are all racists for picking on Mikalounus [ ?? ] for getting him booked when in his opinion it was clear cut pen No mention of the guy wearing the number 17 shirt, who epitimised everything that i personally find disgusting about those fucking cheating diving time wasting fucks fae Gorgie. How many times was he down injured only to get back up once he'd managed to waste a bit of time

  14. "We're looking for an adjustment in the fee" Hud on a minute here, if the fee has been agreed, the contract has been signed tell them to fucking go do one, and stump up the money now There should be no re-negotiation of fees.

  18. Seconded............... but only on condition that the mercilous ripping the pish oot of them restarts as soon as the whistle goes at 4.45pm signalling another Dons victory.
