  1. Think thats extremely optimistic Drew. Cannae see it happening to be honest. Reckon I'd be happy with a draw in league game and a cup victory
  2. Tis a tough one this Should we cut off our noses to spite our faces The abuse i heard, sitting in Section X of SS yesterday towards Barry Nich by one individual was pathetic because he hasn't signed his offer. Interesting to note the individual concerned didn't hang around for the second half. Said it before, and I'll say it again JC is the key ot all of this, show some commitment yourself Calderwood instead of slating the out of contract players and I think you'll see a different picture emerge............ with the exception of Clark, who apparently allegedly has to leave Aberdeen
  3. Cannae disagree, but it was marginally better than Love Street. Just got home about half an hour ago, and todays positives for me: 1. Three points 2. Another voucher for Bayern game 3. At last starting to thaw oot as on my third Jack Daniels Hard pushed to think of much else to be honest.
  4. Oh indeed I have, and my post was tinged just as much with sarcasm as yours was mate
  5. Come on then, someone remind me who this pair were again please ?
  6. I'm convinced that it ain't going to be difficult to get a ticket for the away leg. Just dinnae sense that there is anything like the numbers likely to go that did to Madrid. AFC have got time on their sides here, and could make it really easy, by asking for a non refundable deposit of say twenty notes for away tickets from supporters, thereby knowing exactly how many tickets we'll need in advance from Bayern. Is that far too straight forward and simple for us ?
  7. On a more serious point, I personally reckon its going to be easier for me to get a ticket for the away leg of this tie than it is for the home one
  8. Three points yes, but performance was woeful. Played our get out of jail card today to escape with all three points. St Mirren huffed and puffed but their finishing was woeful Pass marks to Clangers and Miller, but very few others
  9. Just finished "Winter in Madrid" by CJ Sansom. Nae my usual type of read but thoroughly enjoyed it Brought a smile to my face all the references to Puerta del Sol about to start on "Book of Fate" by Brad Mizer which probably is more my sort of book
  10. Think its starting to look likely that the only way any of them sign new deals is if they get a wake up call in Jan and no one rates them as highly as they do themselves and no offers come in for them.
  11. This is the same team that printed an article in their "official" match day programme refering to ALL Aberdeen supporters as "scum" Live by the sword, then you die by the sword. Fuck em
  12. Certainly read that on more than occassion, hence my conclusion Bobby
  13. He could of course set an example and accept a new contract himself, rather than stalling until the four contract rebels confirm they're offski, and clear the way for him to leave as well, citing his reason as the club failed ot match his ambitions. Dinnae ken aboot abody else, but I think this is clearly going to all end in tears, and is leaving a bad taste in the mouth

  15. A sure sign of just how "wafer" thin our current squad actually is
  16. Nah he'll soon join our "club" Shit, bobby beat me to the club one....... well lets hope the wheels don't come off our "wagon" the morn at Love Street
  17. Presume De Vischer is fit then
  18. Dinnae shoot the messenger as admit to copying from todays Retard so no guarantees this is correct. but this is the position they are reporting. Andrew Considine, Zander Diamond, Darren Mackie and Jackie McNamara have already been ruled out while Richie Byrne, Chris Clark, Jamie Langfield, Chris Maguire, Scott Severin and Sone Aluko are doubtful. Let the tombola go into overdrive trying to piece together a starting eleven from whats left
  19. Agreed, shouldn't be used by anyone o'er the age of sixteen. Makes me laugh when guys in the forties that I work with sit there talking about their Bebo page.
