  1. What a complete and utter fuck up that was then... Just goes to prove keep politics out of sport
  2. Actually hud on a min.... is the game due at a weekend or mid week ? If mid week then Hampden would have been preferable for me.
  3. BOOOOOOOOOOOO wanted game at Hampden
  4. So you're struggling for a ticket then
  5. Sorry Lee but I believe SM's W has alreadty been in touch with you about these and has already got them.
  6. They are not actually for me, but for a mate who more often than not frequents an other AFC board, and going to let him know about this thread and he may well be in touch with you

Is it just me or is the smillie function rubber ducked again
  8. Might be being overly pessimistic, but just wait for the Beeb to go on strike over the cut backs resulting in coverage of this game being a casuality.
  9. Pretty sure that rules prevent him coming back here on loan within twelve months
  10. That'll be about the past fifteen ones then
  11. Stick Mikey Hart in to that as well Bobby Nae sure about telling Miller & Lovell to GTF, but certainly got a hell of a lot to prove in a short space of time. Would probably give Clangers new contract as well, and am I right in thinking that Considine is oot of contract as well. If so, then get him signed up as well.
  12. I also always said that Clangers would be back as our number one. It did however take slightly longer than I originally said it would
  13. In fairness to JC he has taken us up a level and probably will feel that the failure to support him financially now will be reason to move on. In the first instance I'd like to see contract talks starting with the ten players we have out of contract happen before we start talking about additions in Jan transfer window. Get those he wants to keep tied up first. Still not convinced of the fact that he will be allowed to splash the cash, nor indeed that it is the right thing for us to do. Part of the windfall certainly must go towards the level of debt we are carrying unless there is another Russian/Ukranian oil billionaire out there that liked what he saw last night and wants to take us over
  14. I'm going for the following: Bayern, Bolton, Athletico Madrid & Copenhagen My choice is based purely on the following; Two home games v a German & Spanish team = TV money Bolton and Copenhagen means tw oaways trips with no great travelling issues Fits abodyelse's preferences ? Thurs Oct 25 - Matchday 1 – Aberdeen Home v Pot 1 Team Villarreal Bayern Munchen AZ Alkmaar Panathinaikos FC Basel Girondins Bordeaux Bayer Leverkusen Anderlecht Thurs Nov 8 - Matchday 2 – Aberdeen Away v Pot 2 Team Spurs Lokomotiv Moscow Zenit St Petersburg Sparta Prague AEK Athens Hamburg Bolton Austria Wien Thurs Nov 29 - Matchday 3 – Aberdeen Home v Pot 3 Team Spartak Moscow Sporting Braga Galatasaray Atletico Madrid Getafe Everton Fiorentina Stade Rennais Wed/Thu Dec 5/6 - Matchday 4 – Aberdeen Away v Pot 4 Team Hapoel Tel Aviv Red Star Belgrade Copenhagen Toulouse Dinamo Zagreb Panionios Nurenburg Mlada Boleslav Wed/Thu Dec 19/20 - Matchday 5 - No game Aberdeen
  15. you're not alone GS but never mind we're in the group stages mate
  16. H'min Kelt allow some poetic licence you kent fit I meant. Generous serving of alcohol have been taken whilst watching game
  17. Make no bones about it, this is without doubt Aberdeen's best two leg performance and result since a couple of little games against Hamburg some twenty four games ago Everyone a hero, but going to give my MOTM to Clangers, if only for the last fifteen minutes or so
  18. But only as a result of a 15-14 penalty shoot out defeat
  19. nae a bad comparison MBT. I mind thinking Hamilton would do ok for us... local lad, AFC supporter, and a record of scoring everywhere he played prior to finding himself at Pittodrie....... By fuck, how wrong can you be
  20. I'm pretty sure this was why Falkirk got a friendly against Ajax..... cause our leaders wouldn't guarantee a llevel of income for them.
  21. If AFC have got to guarantee a certain level of pay day for Real, then we'll probably say no to the prospect of a pre season friendly on account of being frightened that the Aberdeen public don't turn out in numbers. Is this not what happened with Ajax this July
  22. Who said that His mum :-\ Guess that figures DR
