  1. And as I type that on comes Jenks
  2. Second half has been a total non event. We have created the square root of fuck all. Options from the bench severely limited unfortunately.

My comment was more generic than specific
  4. Agree the commentary is fucking horrific. Alex Rae sounds like some jakey they have dragged off the streets. That boy Bellingham is some player. Think Dave would front the cash to sign him in the summer ?

I literally have no idea what the answer is here or indeed how this is going to pan out but one thing that can't be denied is that "when good men do nothing, evil triumphs" Whatever it is, something needs to be done.
  6. Never mind though, their support will be content just to come back to our league and dominate teams that have a 10th or in some cases a 20th of their budget. Oh and on a separate matter thon Irish boy Scales has an extremely slappable face.
  7. Out of three European competitions before the end of February. Think they have set some kind of record with this. Will they be including this in their honours list
  8. Victim FC needing a strong start find themselves a goal down inside ten minutes. Serves the fuckers right
  9. Encouraging to hear about Ryan Duncan Only time I've really seen him was in the cup tie v Dundee and he most ceetainly didn't look out of place. About time we had a decent crop of home grown youth
  10. It is now official. Great bit of business by the club. Doubt many of us would argue that he will be a future captain of AFC.
  11. Gave an excellent post match analysis also. Certainly conducts himself very well. I am warming to him.
  12. That is six, one of whom is only here on loan until.the sunmer, another of whom is out of contract at the end of the season
  13. 2, 8, 21, 24, 31 42 Tonight's lottery numbers Pile on lads You'll thank me later
  14. Let's hear your seven then. At this moment in time every player will.start with a clean slate on account of the managerial situation.
  15. Toss up between Barron & McCrorie for MOTM for us.
  16. That in my opinion is an extremely gatsh analysis of a young boy on his second start. There are even Motherwell fans on P&B claiming Barron looks like a real find.
  17. Don't want to big up young Barron too much but have to say ge is fairly grabbing his chance and looks a real decent prospect. On a separate note, why oh why had no one gone shoulder to shoulder with the Dutch thug.
  18. Van Veen fucked hopefully Hud that he's back on
  19. Just caught his interview with Kenny McIntyre as I was driving home. Have to say I like the cut of his jib. Saying all the right things and confirmed that HE was the one that picked the team.
  20. Is Ladies lunch a new way of saying gin tasting
  21. Well (no pun) intended things just got a whole lot more interesting with the appointment. Kind of wishing I was going now, but just heading out to golf and should be home in time to see the game on Red TV. Balls of steel from Goodwin taking the responsibility immediately and wish him the very best of luck. Absolutely no idea about the team and wonder if Robson will have picked it in adavance and Goodwin will just start with it. Anyway........ Out Golf Red TV Watching whatever football is on after it with beers 1-1 (Vincente)
  22. Ok not my first choice but he's here and got my full backing. Have started a new thread as its no longer about who the new manager is and all about Jim Goodwin.
  23. Time for his own topic So it's no longer who is going to be our next manager and now it's all about Jim Goodwin Firstly welcome to the good old ship Aberdeen FC. Barely has the ink dried on the contract and straight down to work and in the dugout for today's game, like your style, no taking the easy option out and sitting in the stand leaving it to Robson & Co. If you're half as successful as the last couple of managers who came straight from St Mirren To Aberdeen you'll do for me Good luck Jim.
